Dr Yarlagadda and staff are warm and friendly, and efficient. I felt welcomed and comfortable and well taken care of. My bladder sling surgery was explained carefully and my questions answered without feeling rushed. I am also in the medical field so I had lots of questions. The surgery was a wonderful success! I am delighted and thankful I went to Clarksville Urology for my care and procedure. I give five stars and will recommend to my friends and family. My only regret is that I did not go to see them sooner. So… my last advice is to call today if you have issues or questions, you will be glad you did!

I highly recommend Dr. DeLaurentis and Dr. Yarlagadda for anyone who needs services of this type. Dr. Yarlagadda performed a robotic simple prostatectomy. I had to have a biopsy done the group at Springfield hospital and Dr Delaurentis were the most professional caring group I have ever had. They always insured I understood everything that was happening and going to happen. A they called the very next day to insure I was doing good and asked if I had any questions. Dr. Yarlagadda recently performed surgery on my kidney a couple of months ago. I just want to take a moment to thank both him and his staff for the excellent care I received. I was very nervous about having surgery, but Dr. Yarlagadda explained everything very thoroughly and in terms I could understand. Everything went exactly as I was told.
I would highly recommend Dr. Yarlagadda to anyone who might be a future patient.

Love the nursing staff. Their billing and portal needs improvement. Unable check in online as the portal will not allow you to sign the patient rights acknowledgement. They post balance for future appointments. The wait is from 45-1 hour. Bathroom in lobby is dirty and smells. Had to had my sling reversed as it was too tight and caused retention for several months. The surgery made my symptoms worse for over a year.

I would really like the owner of this clinic to make contact with me. You have my information from the office. My Doctor Yarlagadda was awesome, but the aftercare that I got from the office really needs some attention and I need to talk to someone about that!! I sent an email to Nina (the scheduler) about the issues with the MRI and that my insurance did not need prior approval. Nina called me and we discussed the issues with the MRI. I felt like Nina got very aggravated when talking to me and told me I just needed to schedule my appointment myself . I then sent Nina an email letting her know that I felt that I did not need to be scheduling an appointment myself and that I did not appreciate her telling me that she had pulled a lot of strings in order to make this process work. Today I received a call from the office manager letting me know that she, Nina, and another employee were all in her office to discuss the email that I sent to Nina the day before regarding scheduling issues with my upcoming appointment!! Only to be screamed at you are a liar OMG by the other employee that was sitting in on the meeting that said she overheard the phone conversation between Nina and I the day before. First of all, I’m the patient!! The email that I sent was very nice and was not rude or ugly in any form or fashion. Nina said to me that she had pulled a lot of strings to get an MRI scheduled for me because I couldn’t do a CT scan due to the fact that I am allergic to shellfish! The MRI was scheduled, however it was a closed face MRI. I cannot do the closed face MRI due to me being claustrophobic. Yes , I fully understand that this could be frustrating for anyone. It takes time to schedule these test I fully get.! But to tell me that you have pulled a lot of strings for me and that maybe I need to schedule my own appointment and get back with you and you can send an order if needed or that there had been an order sent to Premier radiology already (Premier claims they still have not received the order yet) and I could try to get it scheduled there because you (Nina) have other patients to do stuff for is not the help or response I need. The phone call today with the lady screaming the comment that I was a liar while we were supposed to be in a meeting to help resolve an issue was very unprofessional. I never raised my voice one single time. I never yelled at anyone. I just said no ma’am that is not what was said to me. I am possibly a cancer patient dealing with kidney cancer, and I feel like this was the last thing I needed. I found out August 18, 2025 that I had a tumor and to date I still do not know if it is a cancerous tumor. I just need answers and respect that a patient deserves from the office staff. Please contact me I would love to talk to someone about this issue!
