Dropped my car off and was given an estimate of one week. I did not receive my car until almost a month later. This would not have been such a big issue if I was kept in contact with. I never recieved one call from the shop. I had to continually call the shop for the update of my car. Rosa, the manger, would continually tell us she wasn't sure of the status of my car and would have to ask her daughter. I was put on hold just to be told parts were on back order etc. Finally called on the day I went down to pick my car up to make sure it was ready. Rosa had told me over the phone they were all finish, just finished installing a fog light they had been waiting on, and we're cleaning my car. I got to the shop to see my car in the lot without the fog light. When asked about the fog light she seemed to be confused and disorganized. She disappeared to the back and returned saying it turns out they order or received the wrong light for my car. I was lied to over the phone on top of that never recieved a call stating it in fact had not been installed and was the wrong light. They did however work with me in the fact that I was able to take it back to be installed when the light was received rather than leaving the car. Got the light installed to find later that day that the undercover wasn't even screwed back on all the way. It gave me a scare because the sound it made against my tire made me think I had a severe flat. Overall work on the car itself was okay.

This is the worst experience for my car repair.they charge my friend $35 inspection fee listed in the paper. the lady in charge told me she will charge me the same amount later to fix my car. She give me a total price $1452. When l dropped my car, they increased the price and charge me $95 for the inspection. They just lie in your face and robbed me. They even threatened me to call the police. I insisted to call the police and they just ignore me. Stay away from this place, you gonna be robbed for no reason. NEVER RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS.

After going to several repair shops to repair my car I found this place. The owner was friendly. They were able to diagnose the problem and honest about the time that it would take to make the repairs. The price was also reasonable. I actually waited a couple of weeks to write the review to make sure that I would not have any other issues. My car is still running well with no complaints. I will definitely come back for other repairs.

Honest, quality work, caring, compassionate, and trustworthy. These are just a few words I would use to describe this family-run shop, Classic Cars Body Shop & Auto. I was rear-ended and had extreme difficulty dealing with the insurance company of the person who hit me. Both Rosa and Adrianna at Classic Cars explained the process to me, were extremely patient and empathetic with me, and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I dropped of my vehicle and had it back in 10 days, which was faster than the quoted time of 14 days as well. The work on my Jeep makes her look brand new! I would highly recommend this auto body shop.

I have a 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid that needed some work done in regards to the engine as well as the transmission. Rosa, Arianna and the staff there exemplified great customer service. They were 100% transparent in what needed to be done and cared for my vehicle as if it was there own. They kept in constant communication with me regarding any issues related and in my opinion they went above and beyond. I highly recommend going to her shop for any work that needs to be done. They set a standard that other shops should follow and to me that is what makes them better. As for my vehicle it runs perfect now thanks to them.

Iam not sure what is the actual reason for the one star ratings of this business but my personal experience was nothing but great! Even though this was not a choice of mine to come fix my car here, i can only say what a great job they did with my fender and front bumper! They said it will be done in 3 days and on the third day i got a phone call to pick up my car. The car was washed and cleaned including the engine, and Rosa and her daughter couldn’t be nicer. Very professional and friendly. So don’t let the few mean comments and ratings discourage you but if you need your car fixed give them a chance and create your own experience. Highly recommended!!

Got to the body shop at eight AM. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for the manager to show up and she never did, plus it was cash only without advance notice. So a huge waste of time. Completely unprofessional.

If i could, i would most definitely leave a NO STAR RATING. Took the car in for AC check up BUT made me leave it overnight. Get called the next day telling me the issue wanting to charge $1,300. Didn’t go through with it but still charged $350 for leaving it overnight and for putting some type of “gas” for the AC. MIND YOU, THE AC STILL DOESN’T WORK.

Hello everyone I come from Phoenix Arizona, classic cars since day one always been there... I need a transmission every one in Chicago was trying to charge me from $5,000 to $6,500 because my truck is special edition I call 7 different shops all the same price.. I just passing by 47st stop by a ask they were so friendly they right away got me a price of $3000 for everything... You can't beat that price anywhere also 1 year warranty.... TODAY 5/27/25 I NEED FRONT BREAKS I CALL COUPLE PLACES THEY WANT IT $550 TO $600 ... THERE COUPLE SHOP ON WESTERN THEY WANT MY TRUCK TO STAY 1 FULL DAY ... I WORK LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.. I CALL CLASSIC CARS THEY TOLD ME BRING IN WE WILL GET DONE THE SAME DAY NEW BREAK AND DISC AND LABOR THEY ONLY CHARGE ME 👀👁️👀👁️👁️👁️👀$400👀👁️👀👀👁️👀 IM SO HAPPY WITH THEM I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE... My truck a 2011 Traverse was taken to Classic Cars as a recommendation from my Insurance due to a drunk driver crashing in to my truck while parked , which I did not dispute. Took the initial check to start work on my truck on 05-01-2020 . They told me it would be 3 weeks , that I would get pictures , that they would call me with any issues. 3 weeks went by and called them and said oh certain body part is on order has not arrived but it will be done in 3 weeks . Needless to say I picked up my truck on 08-13-2020 and it was still being worked on. Another thing I get there and nobody cared to tell me the body shop or my insurance which is another story. That I had to pay extra because they replaced the parts with better parts and my insurance was only paying a percentage of it. I was livid to say the least .. all I wanted was my truck back. On the drive back home I noticed something weird on my truck got home and the steering wheel was so hard i had to use both hands to move it. So I had my boyfriend check it and from the so-called better parts that they said they replaced are used. AND they forgot to put the Link that they said they put and charged for . I would not recommend this place at all .. except for the body work and even that , there were drops of paint on certain areas on the truck. How can you give out a truck with a missing link?sending this to the BBB.

Unfortunately my car was hit by a negligent driver who was pulling out of a parking spot and didn’t bother to look at her mirrors hitting my vehicle on the passenger side. I immediately called this shop as they’ve done an amazing job in the past & I was very pleased again. The pictures speak for themselves. My car was repaired within the week & grateful for their great customer service & the amazing body work done.

Rosa and Classic cars was great, was able to fix my car for a hard part to find, but did some custom work and got it done. Went to three other shops including the dealership before them and they couldn't help me. But Rosa took on the task and got it done fast.
