If I could zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Rafael Alexandri was my service advisor (Ignored all my calls & messages to the service department July 18th to August 7th to check on the status of my car) and after the second time being at service barely even drove my car at all less than 400 miles since I purchased in June the engine light came on, I took it to service July 18th and they only gave it back to me August 7th, ( THEY GAVE MY CAR BACK DAMAGED WITH A SCRATCH THAT WASN'T THERE BEFORE AND DAMAGED FRONT RIGHT PASSENGER DOOR..... THEY TRIED TO DENY THE DAMAGE BUT I GOT THE PICTURES WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN ON JULY 18TH AND IT PROVES THEY SCRATCHED MY CAR - ALSO WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF July 18th THE GAS WAS FULL, THEY GAVE IT BACK TO ME HALF TANK AND ALL DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT!!!!!) and they still forced me to pay the deductible for the repair even after purchasing all the service contract with them and barely drove the car at all. THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT WAS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE WITH MAJOR DEFECTS. I was in Service July 1st and July 18th for MAJOR ISSUES that would render my car UNDRIVEABLE! After buying my used auto from their dealership next door and tricking me with monthly payments and changing the sales price under my nose, mind you I am a young Brazilian American woman. I feel taken advantage of. Never want to do anything with this dealership ever again. They've only given me headaches and lies. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Also, explain to me why for the first time in life my sensitive info was found on the dark web shortly after purchasing from their dealership next door?!? This is a shady place and I don't trust them, they are money hungry and care less about mistreating people.

If you have experienced terrible or incomplete service as I have, dispute the charges with your bank and get a Second Opinion Letter from a reputable mechanic. Your bank will give you your money back. This is the only way to hold Classic Chevy accountable. I have spent over $7,800 in the last 6 months w/ Classic. Repairs have not been completed, and much of the $7800 is paying to fix the same issue multiple time.

Went this morning for my 15K oil change on my 2025 2500. Got there at 0640 no appointment was a walk-in. Mr. Drew didn't turn me away said he'd get me all squared away. 0700 my truck went in at 0745 I was out the door no signature needed due to having maintenance plan. One thing I love is Classic allowing me to come in for oil changes if anybody know oil changes on a diesel are a MUST. So it's nice to have piece of mind classic isnt rude or mean and understanding I'm just trying to take care of my 100K investment. Thank you classic.

I purchased a battery in October from you. I came back yesterday because of issues with my car it turned out that it was the battery that was only 3 months old. I had to pay labor to have it replaced although it was nothing I could have done to avoid the problem. It was a faulty battery and I shouldn’t have had to pay anything to have this corrected. The company should’ve been responsible to make it right without any charges.

I came here out of sheer frustration with Bayway Cadillac with trying to get issues fixed. I can only say the advisors and techs are great. They were able to fix my power door issues once and for all. Didn't give me a slew of excuses on when they would get around to it. I will service my vehicle here from now on. As anything sold by Bayway stay away. They are a terrible dealer who only cares about money and nothing after. Bayway Cadillac should take a lesson here.

I bought an extended warranty from this dealership that was supposed to cover these parts and service with no deductible if service was done here. It cost me $700+ to replace drivers side rear view mirror, a/c condenser and another part. I came in for an oil change and to get the mirror fixed. There was a time where the Service Dept was great. However, in recent years it seems they've gotten new inept mechanics or need more training with modern cars. Every. Single. Time my car comes back from being serviced, SOMETHING ends up wrong with it not 2 days later and Ihave to bring it right back. I mean EVERY TIME and this is within the past maybe 3 or 4 years. This, literally, just happened after a routine service and a few days later, shit went sideways. NOW, there's some pretty big problems with a 2020 Blazer RS with very low mileage that just turned 5 years old (i.e. engine problems, etc) that an inspector had to be brought in to see if my warranty covers the costs ($4,474). Thankfully, it does but this obviously a factory defect that was NEVER caught...in 5 years. Now my car is in the shop and getting updates is pulling teeth. I have to reach out for updates and it should be the other way around. Weird that I'm bombarded with updates when it's routine service but if it need repairs, it's radio silence. It's been almost 2 weeks and I'l'm the one asking for updates. We've been dealing with Classic since back in the Bill Heard days and I'm going to start taking it elsewhere for services.
