Very friendly service up untill after the car was supposedly finished. I had my car repaired here after an accident and upon seeing the car again everything looked fine. Unfortunately after looking at the car closer I noticed they took apart my door to perform repairs and never put the bolts back where they went. This made the side panel loose and look off. They also painted my hood and instead of prepping the hood correctly for paint and clear coat. They sprayed clear coat right over spots with rust. I later went in person since they say their work has life time warranty. I was later seen and expressed my concerns and was told the rust was not their problem and the painters did it correctly and I also told the person that my car was not put back together correctly at my door. I was told he would call me back. I never received a call back from them. This just shows me they are very nice in the beginning to get your business but after they are done they longer don't care. I would not come back again or recommend this place to anyone.

Great location and place. Really nice people especially a shootout to Ms. Trish. We got into an accident, brought it there and she gave us an estimate. We felt it was a total loss for sure. But we had it there for almost 5 days, no charge. And they were really great.

Edited my original review. They had worked on my hubby's car following an accident. We had problems, took it back and at first got a run around from Corey. We were very displeased . He promised things he didnt deliver and then brushed us off. However, Jacob came through and made everything right . We do appreciate the extra mile he went in making sure we were taken care of and satisfied customers. Thank you. Stephanie kept us up to date all along the way and is very pleasant and friendly. I'm not sure we would go back but we are glad to say the experience ended well and there are some good people who work there.

The lady at the front is amazing! Corey however is horrible! Had my car over 30 days, the door is HOLLOW and it does not work correctly! I asked for proof that they checked the actual door and was told they don’t have it, it’s verbal. I have a hollowed door, the auto part to roll down the window no longer works, the color is slightly off, and the best part is I can’t lock my door! I was told there’s a warranty. Really horrible customer service AFTER they received their money. Very untrustworthy. Geico recommended them and I should not have went.
