Used the bay all the way to the left called laser. Didn't work well at all but I believe there was an issue with the soap. Didn't get suds and it was real short. I called last week and left a message but no return or credit on my card. If this review is up the issue has not been rectified.

Nice place, has both self serve & drive thru washes, both cost the same by the time you finish adding extra quarters for enough time to finish in the self serve one! All vending & change machines were stocked & worked!

Car wash is fine.... called the number on the receipt to try and get a membership. Call kept hanging up. Tried 4 times and also tried from my work cell. Call continued to disconnect. You lost a membership from a town resident.

So 5 big stars for this company!! I accidentally ordered two car washes at the Portland location and I was freaking out just a little, thinking i was out of a little money, especially after i went online and saw some older reviews in which someone with the same problem had said they never got call-backs nor received a refund. But I left a message anyway and am pleased to say, I got a return call promptly. Tim was courteous, professional and accommodating. I received a refund in the mail a few days later. Also, apparently the company changed hands recently and the new owners are cleaning up the place and providing good customer service. Thank you Tim!

Took my car through the soft touch car wash which was my first mistake. The hood of my car got scratched up. Friend with me told me how the same thing happened to her mom’s car at a soft touch car wash once and she had to file an insurance claim. Cue the immediate attention of the owner who comes over and immediately dismisses my concern and insists that nothing touched my car but water which is false (it’s literally a soft touch). tTold me to go back through the touchless (and pay for a second car wash) and do the wax, which no thanks. Still nicest my cars come out and will likely come back since the scratches can likely be buffed out. Little sketched out by the interaction with the owner though.

Discount isn’t ever available even when banner is out. Machine takes card before you can even select Wash type, then when you realize there’s no discount, there’s no way to back your card info out. This place is a scam, spend your money at another car wash

I went to clean image car. Wash in Middletown on Sunday, the day before Memorial Day I went through the automatic cleaning, and the blower did not come on to dry my truck. There was a gentleman there and I asked him why the blower did not work He didnt apologize and i wasn't looking for my money back and he told me to call the number on the door this was unacceptable.I will never go to this car wash again

They over charge now it’s really a shame because it could be a good wash, just drive to east hampton it’s more affordable and better brushes. 4.50 for 4 mins is hardly enough time to wash bike let alone a car.

Went to the soft touch wash today and it charged my card but door wouldn’t open. I called the number on the door and had great service. They gave me a code for the other wash and were great to deal with. This car wash does a great job and great service!!!

Went there to wash my 2018 Honda Civic Type R. I take pride in my car and want to use top end machines to wash it. I decided to try this place. Water pressure was weak, soap was dribbling out all over the ground. New sneakers soaked. Saw some random guy with a beard walking around. Was about to ask for a refund. I won’t be back. Place needs an upgrade.
