I got my tires replaced and did an alignment. Good experience from start to finish. It was very easy to make an appointment online and they have convenient hours of operation. When I came to the appointment, they made sure the tires were in stock, and they were totally transparent about pricing. They called me with updates as they went along, and didn't try to pressure me into additional services. Anthony at the front desk was very friendly, polite, and upfront.

This was my first time back to Pep boys in about 3 years. I had issues with the car the day before and was very concerned about how it was going to affect my schedule as we only own one car. I took the car to Pep boys on a Sunday morning. I had made an appointment so I was on the list. All the staff were knowledgeable, polite and very professional. I had a lot of questions as my knowledge of "car stuff" is not that great. Everyone, and I mean all the staff that I interacted with were very patient and careful to explain what was happening and why with great patience. Obviously it was expensive but then again, no matter where you go when cars are involved it's expensive so I have no complaint about that. All in all, my experience was very positive. And again, I was very, very pleased with all the staff members who interacted with me. I would highly recommend this particular Pep boys location! I plan on returning and making this my regular garage.

They didn’t even work on the car, and made me pay $257 dollars because I don’t speak English. If I knew they would take 4 hours and didn’t do anything in my car I would’t let them work in my car. Also, I lost a work day because of that. I felt offended by the way they were scamming me because I don’t speak English. And I would not recommend the pep boy to anyone.

I came in with my rental car voucher yesterday night just to get the windshield wipers changed. The second guy at the front desk told me I had to fill out a paper form and that it would take “about an hour,” which makes no sense. Changing wipers and confirming a voucher does NOT take an hour. His whole attitude felt like he didn’t want to help at all, and the moment I said I’d come back, they seemed almost relieved. Completely unprofessional. Staff should be willing to help customers, not immediately try to discourage them by saying it’s going to take a long time.

If I could provide negative stars I would. Why set appointments if you have to wait 2 1/2 hours for service!? I needed a new tire on my rim. Dropped the rim off and came back 3 hours later at my appointment time and told no one could put tire on my car. I'd have to come back tomorrow they're too busy! Went home and jacked car up to replace my own tire in 5 minutes! 5 MINUTES!!! Do not use Pep Boys for anything!!!

Terrible experience, I was quoted and specifically requested 2 Goodyear tires that were in stock after a previous visit. Car was ready 5 hours later, but they installed the wrong tires. The assistant manager which would not provide his name was rude, denied the mistake, claimed manager (Richard) made no mention of brand and a phone conversation said otherwise (but refused to play the recording when asked), and showed no accountability. I had to wait another 3 hours for them to swap to the correct tires. Rather making this error right for time wasted I was told come back tomorrow to speak with Richard or “submit a form online” for complaints. I’ve been a repeat customer for tires here, but after this major error, rude treatment, and extreme time waste, this will be my last visit. Extremely disappointing lack of customer service.

Their inventory was off and they didn't have the tires I ordered, so they upgraded me for the same sale price I was originally quoted. They were very quick and reasonably priced too. A different place wanted $500, but Pep Boys did it for $200!
