Wow, AC Automotive was fantastic!!! I was so impressed right from the start, with my first phone call to Nicole who was extremely nice, super professional and answered all my questions. Nicole even helped me arrange the rental vehicle to use while my car was in their shop, which took a huge burden off me. Then when I came in to have them assess the damage on my car, Pete came out and went over everything with me, he was a very informative, nice and an extremely professional person as well. As they say, first impressions are lasting ones and both Nicole and Pete sure delivered on that one! I don’t have the individual names of who worked on my car in the body shop, but they did a tremendous job with it! I was worried about the paint color matching with where the damage was on the front end to the rest of my vehicle, but it was absolute perfection, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! When I picked up my car it was so clean, like it was detailed, and it had a nice scent sprayed in it which smelled so good! They even put a gift bag on my front seat with all kinds of great things in it, if that isn’t phenomenal customer service, I don’t know what is! I can tell you this, I will most definitely come back to them if I ever need body work done again. Thanks so much to all of you at AC Automotive you are without a doubt a top-notch business! Amazing experience! I got my car fixed there and it was the best experience I've had with an auto repair shop. They kept me updated about my car through calls and text messages. Along with great communication, they also fixed my car within a week. The damage was severe but they still managed to do it quick. I feel like im driving a brand new car every-time I sit in it. The customer service was so friendly too. I wish I could give more stars. Overall I am very satisfied!

My fiancé and I would never come back here to get our car repaired. The front desk lady was probably one of the worst people to work with. Even when we first called she had attitude, I should’ve taken that as a sign not to go but had already scheduled our repair through insurance online plus figured since they have pretty good ratings already it should be fine. Fast forward to when our car actually gets repaired which took a few weeks already (I get that part somewhat though because all auto shops get busy) my fiancé and I walk in and are greeted with attitude from what I’m assuming is the same lady we had talked to originally on the phone a couple weeks prior. I made a joke about my name being spelled wrong on the paperwork we received where I proceed to get a lot of unprovoked attitude from the front desk lady where she says “that’s how insurance sent over your name.” This was the truth actually, but I was joking with my fiancé not talking to her and she said it with the upmost attitude. We then ask if they checked something we had originally asked them about in which they reply no. Why wouldn’t you check something we already had asked you to look at a few weeks ago? Then we ask it be done now that we’re there and we had asked prior anyways and they send some guy to check who has attitude as well. He goes and checks and my fiancé and I follow him outside. We are standing next to our car talking to this guy while he gets in the car and he starts driving it off where he almost runs our feet over and ignores what we are saying to him. After they check they tell me there is nothing they can do about it. TLDR: Just probably the rudest people to ever work with and overall bad experience. I also truly believe they didn’t care at all to repair our car. Stay far away from here. Edit: This was a couple months ago all this transpired so not very recent but still recent enough in my opinion.

The BEST body shop in CT!!! When I brought my beloved Maxima into AC Automotive, it looked like a shark ate it. Guy, at AC, kept me informed of all updates on my car. And when I picked my car up.... it was BEAUTIFUL!!! My car is better than new and I am so thankful for the Carducci brothers at AC Automotive. These guys have been in business for 35 years for a reason!!!!

Went to pick up my car almost a week after it was quoted to be ready on 11/19 and they refused to give it to us because of a decal on the car. I told them I do not care about the decal and tried to pick it up anyways. Meanwhile I have incurred $800 in rental car costs at my own expense. I literally only used this place because my insurance recommended but they are clearly "booked and blessed" and do not need the business. I would steer clear if I did this again. Edited to add that the work was done well and after I complained to my insurance company they did release my car to me and then I was able to come back for the decal.

AC Automotive was easy to work with for our autobody work after an accident. First step was to make an appointment to get the car assessed followed by making an appointment to drop off and leave the car. They work seemlessly with Enterprise for car rentals. The make the call for Enterprise to pick you up while you fill out the paper work. When you come to pick up the car, Enterprise will bring you back. Work was done within the estimated time. All of the repairs and replacements look great and work great. It's nice to say it was a pleasure doing business with AC Automotive.

AC Automotive worked on my car twice over the last few years. I have been very pleased with their work and the professionalism of staff. For reference, the most recent repair was to fix a dented front passenger side fender, replace a broken passenger side view mirror, repaint the rear bumper skin, and turn some blemished rims. My car has 102k miles and looks amazing. Feels like driving a new car. A job very well done.

It took a long time to complete the job, but the quality of the work was good. The paint blending was about an 8/10. However, the customer experience could be improved. I had to follow up several times during the process because they didn’t provide updates, so you need to plan your rental and time accordingly.
