The company performed a multi point inspection, topped off all fluids checked tire pressure and added air as needed. They did a great job while I waited in the office. All was done to my satisfaction in less than an hour after my arrival. I didn’t need to schedule an appointment. When I called that afternoon to advise that I had recently started to see an icon on the dashboard to the effect that one or more of the tires had less than proper pressure, John Jr. said something like bring the car down, and, we’ll take care of that for you. When I advised that I didn’t know how many miles the car, a 2009 Camry had been driven since I last changed the oil etc., John Jr. said we’ll check that too while you are here and do the necessary. Bottom line is that they took very good care of me on very short notice with focus on every detail. They made me feel good about doing business with them as I had been doing for a good number of years.

I had no idea that money key actually did manifolds because it is a very tough job especially on an older vehicle where the bolts are rusted. I was the unfortunate person who purchased a truck that had two bad manifolds. It was a very big job. I got quotes from a couple different people. I said I’d rather crush the truck than spend that kind of money money. He did a fabulous job for literally half of what someone else quoted me And it sounds quiet quiet quiet they actually did a mechanical work besides the exhaust I was absolutely stunned at the professionalism and the way John the owner handled it, when it was done, I told him I could not pick it up right away, because the cost was still expensive although it was the best deal in town he said just give me a call in a couple days when you get the money together and I’ll be fine and he was absolute gentleman about everything. He is now going to get much more work from my dealership in for me because of the way they handle it, I would recommend anybody for any type of exhaust work probably even Mechanic mechanical to see John at Meineke New Britain Ave., West Hartford

I had an infinity g35 2006 with a cracked radiator and a couple other problems connected to it . The car hesitated to drive and was sitting for 2 years prior to that with no Maintnence. It took John less than a week to diagnose and get my car up and running and out the shop. He told me the prices for everything and gave me a few hours to decide if I wanted to spend the money because it was a big job. I agreed, my check engine light hasn’t turned back on. The car is quiet and running great! I will be coming back for any other car issues

I called John and he immediately identified the exhaust issues on the 2002 Toyota Camry. He gave me a couple of options and repaired the problems in a couple of hours. I had never been there before but I will return if I have issues with any of my cars.

Lil Johnny was nice and very helpful But I must say this whole situation was hell for me. My car is old and needs a lot of work I’m assuming from this situation , I wish i was told that rather than trying to repair a car that had unknown issues costing me unnecessary money. 11/03 my car got dropped off due to alternator issues 11/04 lil Johnny stated I also need a serpentine tensioner belt . Later that day I picked up my car and as I got up the street and turned back around as I got near the shop my car shut completely off. Lil Johnny stated “ he’ll take another look at the car and one of his workers test drove the car”. The next day 11/05 he called me and said “he fixed the issue it was a sensor .” Later that day I picked up the car and drove it home which was down the street. 11:06 at 11 p.m as I’m driving Home from work my breaks start stiffening up. The next day 11/07 I reach out to customer service to make note of the issue and was assured I’ll be called back within 48 business hours. 11/07-11/09 I had to use Uber back and forth to work .11/10 I tested the car out and the battery light came on . So again for the next few days I was using Money to get back and forth to work. I reached out to the shop on 11/14 to bring the car back and lil Johnny even insisted on getting me a tow. Which was very thoughtful but instead customer service insisted I get it look at elsewhere. So I went to the rocky hill location where they said “it was a faulty alternator and they can not diagnose the car with out me getting that replaced.” Lil Johnny sent over warranty information and when the Rocky hill location got back in contact with me they offered to replace it but I refused due to me having to spend money on the diagnostic fee plus repairs of another issue when it shouldn’t be an issue after I spent $1065 a week prior. Instead I got the car towed to my house for $180 and then had lil Johnny take out the parts two days later and got a refund of $757 then had to get my car towed back to my house for $158. If I would have got a diagnostic done from the moment my car reached lil Johnny shop it might have saved me a lot of trouble. Very nice guy and I really have nothing bad to say about him at all just a lesson learned and I know what to do next time I have car issue lol ask for a diagnosis FIRST!!! They also forgot my weather sill for under the hood of my car smhh 11/26 just got an email from another shop stating Johnny spoke badly about me will not go here ever again.
