I recently had a positive experience with Goodyear Service. Initially, I had a disappointing visit due to a misunderstanding about the tire prices. However, Mr. Wolliston from Goodyear called me personally, and invited me back. I'm pleased to say they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They provided excellent service and offered me a very reasonable price. This is long overdue I came in with a flat tire from Walmart I made it here and they took me in even though they had an hour left and replaced my tires and were very good to me they gave me the best value they could Harold especially was my contact upon entry he's the manager and he was kind and considerate and understood my budget they went above and beyond and stayed overtime to make sure my tires were all set to go thank you again now I'm back from my third rotation and they're still the greatest place I recommend for tire needs they also do oil changes. So many things to take advantage of. Thank you again Harold for being so good to me and my vehicle... 🙂

Harold and his staff were awesome, especially the nice technician who replaced my tire. He took the time to show me what was wrong with the tire and even put more air in my other tires which was an added bonus! The staff was also considerate in making sure I wasn't waiting around too long for the service to be completed. Harold was also very fair when it came to pricing!

This is the only Goodyear I’ve ever been to where I’ve had a bad experience. I’ve been in twice and the only thing they care about is upselling. They claim I need new tires when I’ve only driven 20,000 miles on my current ones. They also refused to rotate my tires because they claimed they are bald. I wouldn’t waste my time here.

I have never felt more disrespected. OMG. I waited over an hr for I tire to be fixed. I am 69 yo white hair very educated and even more educated at reading people. I was told from the mgr that I needed 4 tires ( what he did not know was that I was told 10 days ago from a mechanic who inspected my car that all my tires were more than ok and passed my inspection). This so called mgr ( 11/29 /24 around 2 pm. Here comes the kicker , after I told him that my tires were ok and to fix the flat he then told me that he could not fix my tire because it was no good. After about 10 seconds he then stated he would sell me 2 tires. As I shook my head and kept my Witt’s about myself I told him to give me my keys back and left. I then travel about 1000 yards to Town Fair Tire and ask them to please check my flat tire. I asked them if I needed new tires and they said all my tires were in very good shape. The Mgr was pleasant , kind, accommodating and even made eye contact . I train general mgrs for a chain restaurant and know a lot about employees with bad attitudes and zero customer service. This person would have only done this once at my retail stores. His actions actually are training your other employees that are wrong on soo many levels I cannot begin to explain how upset I was to be viewed as a clueless old person that would buy his crap as gospel truth. Omg. If you don’t know about this rude and dishonest employee already, you should change something. ( May I suggest him being the first. ). I wish I had my camera going so I could show how incompetent this guy was on top of simply trying to sell 4 tires fraudulently along with poor people skill. This guy is costing you a lot more money than his wages. I simply will not go back to GoodYear

Highly upset with the service, I do know my car isn't in the best condition but no way they took a little over an hour for an oil change. Plus the oil containers looked old that was put in my car by the operater Roxher . Very unprofessional and was caught talking about my car amongst staff. Wouldn't recommend nor go back. Wish I had recorded the container he used on my car .

I am absolutely amazed at the work ethic, attention to detail, customer service and respect that this establishment shows. I took my 2015 Jeep in to get serviced a couple of times and each time was easy and well communicated. They physically showed me what they were to fix on my car and completed it in a timely manner. They were honest and open with the cost of the work and even told me how to save in the future. I would recommend anyone with car issues to this Goodyear.

I was going on a holiday road trip and my Jeep needed a last minute oil change. All the shops i called were booked up for days. When I called Goodyear the store manger Roxher told me they were very busy, but if i dropped my Jeep off his team would get it finished same day. I quickly left my vehicle with them and was pleasantly surprised when i got a call a few hours later that it was ready. When I picked up my Jeep I was able to talk with the head mechanic who told me he personally looked over my truck and it was safe for my road trip. They did a synthetic oil change, rotated tires, set the air pressures, and a complete inspection. Great overall experience.

I picked up my car they told me it was done drove back home the problem was still there . WTH don’t they test drive it to see if the problem is gone? And they charged me a grand.

Rick and his crew were great. The Wethersfield Goodyear made me sour on Goodyear but I had purchased a three year alignment so I tried the west Hartford good year and earned me as a customer. They figured out the issue with my truck, helped me repair my tires and try to help you and not just sell you. The mechanics are great and are extremely helpful.

This location is staffed with the not just the nicest people, they are staffed with people who know and care about both their customers and their cars. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you get the feeling the problem is over. You know what, it is! The young man Matt behind the counter, knows what he is doing, makes sure the end user understands the repair and goes further checking the rest of the car out. These folks left me with the feeling that as soon as I walked in, game over. Sports Car and Luxury car blues are a real thing, that is until you walk in and talk to the team. Katie the General Manager has built a team second to none.
