Sold me an overpriced car that the very next morning the check engine light went on which they would not take responsibility for. Ultimately my engine died 60 days later. , again they took no responsibility. Unethical and dishonest shop. Beware

We service 3 vehicles with International. Our first experience was our 2004 CRV that rode like a conestoga wagon on a cobblestone street. We took it to Honda and numerous other shops. No one could figure out the problem and we wasted a ton of money. I took it to International for a oil change. They called me and mentioned how bad it rode and asked if I'd like them to take a closer look. I figured why not? One more shop without answers was expected. I was wrong. They actually figured it out and repaired it. That earned them my business ever since. Besides that, they are very pleasant to speak and work with.

Anthony and the crew at Internatiol Auto did an amazing job resurrecting my beloved BRZ. They took on a big job replacing the engine, rebuilding my clutch, and putting on new tires. My car now drives better than when I originally bought it. The car was fixed professionally and quickly. I received updates throughout the entire process and couldn’t be happier wirh the result. Great customer service, high quality work, good price, and a quick turnaround time. Highly recommend this shop!

We bought a used car with a few issues, but the sales manager Al really helped take care of us and did not try to up-charge us. The owner was also very understanding and helped mend the issues, making sure there was a good customer relationship, doing their best to make the situation right. I don’t recommend. They will hustle you. Just go to the dealership. I went in there because this is a CarMax certified repair location. My AT oil temp light was flashing. Traction control and hill helper light were on. They said oh the diag fee is $199. You will probably get that back if we do the work. I said okay. The call me the following day saying oh we need to start with a battery a good battery. Subarus are known when they have lights on the dash it’s the battery. I said okay. They never gave me a price of the battery or how much it’ll cost to install. They put the battery in and claim it cleared a lot of the codes but there’s a code for something with the transmission. They tell me they called Subaru dealer and asked what to do. Subaru uncovered I was still under an extended warranty for this specific issue and to come to the dealer. I go pick up my car the next day and they tell me I need to pay $625. It was $199 for diag, $225 for battery, and $142 to install battery!!!! 🤯 I almost puked. I was honestly expecting maybe $500 but no. And the guy Anthony I think his name was says aren’t you happy you don’t have to pay Subaru? What a joke! My deductible with car max is $250 so even though it was covered with Subaru I’m realizing I should have just went to the dealer from the beginning because I probably wouldn’t have paid anything or only paid $250. This company hustled me claiming the battery was below voltage. Although the battery wasn’t that old and I wasn’t having battery issues. To top it off when I got the car back from this hustle repair shop my car was running the exact same and all the lights were still there. I left a bad review on their survey and here and someone called me trying to make it right. He said he was going to try to get the $142 returned to me and if he did he asked me to edit my review. I told him I’d delete the review if he did but if not I’d be adding my details to my review. So here it is. He never called me to tell me the $142 can or can’t be returned. I will NEVER go here or recommend anyone to go here. Anyone who believes these guys should be VERY careful. I will go to the dealer from now on. I paid NOTHING. and I got a loaner for free. This shop is full of criminals and I feel sorry for anyone who has been hustled by them.

Megan was very helpful in coordinating the care of my car repairs, she was responsive and compassionate, willing to work with me. The mechanic (whose name I don't think I caught) was very knowledgeable ,and repairs took less than a 24 hour turnaround to have the car fixed after an engine issue. Cost was fair for the labor done. I will go back for any auto mechanical needs in the future, and I recommend putting your car in their care.

I appreciate the patience, especially during hard times. Scott was an amazing guy who helped me understand the situation I was in and was helpful to have given me a ride home. I was recommended this place through my MaxCare warranty (I don’t recommend car max to anyone) and from the miscommunication I had through my warranty, Scott broke the situation down to me easy and guided me through the process. I was even offered a slice of pizza which I believe was a nice gesture, as I stated, I was going through some rough times and great customer service is all you need at times.
