He has the equipment and he really knows how to clean carpets ! I have a large silk Oriental rug which he cleaned the proper way, which is by soaking it rather than using floor cleaning machines. I spent over a decade in the business of making floor cleaning machines, and he knows what he is doing.

Bad service and disappointed in quality of cleaning. he showed up late and was in a rush so he did it so fast he missed spots. When I called to check on reservice of carpet stains he said yes there is one but stains are clean I must spilled something and he will check the warranty to see if its covered. I haven't heard back and its over 3 weeks. I have called and left messages but no calls back. I guess its not or he is too busy. There's $165.00 down the drain.

HORRIBLE CARPET CLEANING SERVICE. Brad who I am not sure if is owner or who he was because he never identified himself. I scheduled a service with him 11/23/16. He did not have record of which I had contact and name of business. Regardless he came out to do job. I was told he charges by the foot, I am not sure who told me that. But I was quoted that. He did not mention pricing until he was done. Them he decides on large bill amount for approximately 200 feet if that to clean. I mainly had entry ways cleaned. No bedrooms just living room and hallway. My whole house square footage is 1000 at the most including hard surface. I call back today 12/06/16 and ask if they warranty their work and kind of stumbled and said well yeah but most stains return, because home owners treat stains and make them worse. I did no such thing as my carpet was only 18 months old. He calls me back and said he will not come back and honor any type of warranty because of the pricing. He is the company that makes the prices he should be very clear up front, Well his horrible cleaning is still the main cause of my complaint. I could have paid him $300.00 and he still did a substandard job on the carpet. I advise anyone wanting to hire this company do your homework and get pricing and get warranty in writing. He was not professional in appearance and attitude I should have went with my gut feeling and asked him to leave. It's a good thing there plenty of companies willing to provide a quality service and charge according to their quality service. I will post in every social media source and hope he loses business due to his dishonesty and poor services.

I am extremely happy with Clean Response! Brad was fast and got all the stains removed that were pretty dirty. We vacuumed and had furniture moved and he cleaned our master bedroom, the closet, the upstairs hallway, our stairs and a family room in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely call him again.

We called Clean Response to come clean our office carpets, not only did they show up within a day to quote out what it would cost to clean it but they were way under any other competitor that we asked to quote out as well. They came in on a Saturday morning, which worked great for us since we were closed and cleaned 6,000 SQ Ft. of carpets in 3-4 hours. Everyone that came into the office on Monday morning thought we had replaced all the carpets because they did such a great job!! Brad the owner is professional, courteous and a kick ass carpet cleaner! We will definitely be recommending them to future and all current clients!
