Asked the attendant if he would be able to loosen my lug nuts on my wheels as I cannot remove them by hand (its been a few years since they were last removed). He refused to look at it, and told me to go to a different garage where they could help me. I asked if I could wait until he had a few free minutes and he could simply pop them loose with an impact socket, and he again told me that I should go to a different garage for help with this as his shop was too small.
