The dog food I needed showed it was in stock the night before I went in but there wasn't even a space on the shelf for it and they had none of it. I think stock counts need to be updated more consistently.

Doooood! I show up to get propane, and it just so happens to be 50% off for 1 day only! And I was there! And I brought not 1 but 2 tanks! I got a 2fer1 deal all by accident. 5 stars just for the win and being a badass store! Oh and the dude filling the tanks was awesome as well, great conversation and customer service.

I have visited this location twice and both times the employees were rude. They do not speak and when you ask for help, they act like you are bothering them. They a product that I can not find anywhere except online but I will not be going back.

I used to love this store but for the past 3 months or so it has been on a steep decline it seems. The workers are all amazing and friendly but they seem to have no help and are on there own most of the time. From what I’ve heard the store got a new manager and that seems to be the reason for the decline. And it is obvious looking around that that is the case. From what I heard from people working there, they are understaffed and lose more people then they hire and they can’t do the things they need to do like keeping up on tagging as most areas don’t have prices and cleaning because of other priorities. Not to mention the warehouse is a complete mess to the point you can’t get through the aisles, I almost always have to go back there for my feed and the guys working back there never seem to be actually working and care more about conversing. Most of the people working almost always seem to be in a rush and are on their own helping 5 people at one time. I love this store but it might not be where I’m spending my money anymore and from the other reviews I’ve seen I’m clearly not the only one. I hope something changes.

I went to coastal recently and had an overall pretty good experience everything was pretty organized and the customer service was amazing they had 2 quick and efficient young men cashiers that checked me out quickly and helped if I had questions the only reason I give this place 4 stars is due to a unhelpful and relatively rude manager named Jodie who didn’t help me at all and had a rude attitude

Placed a bulk order through Coastal Auburn for nearly 300ibs molasses to be transferred from a different location to theirs in auburn. Getting to that point was a hassle, spent over an hour on hold overall, Had 2 different promises for call backs within the day from the persons who would place the transfer. I waited an extra day each time before calling back. Finally got ahold of somebody who said they placed the transfer and they would call in a week or so when it arrived, never got a call. Called again 2 weeks later and the transfer order was not placed. The lack of accountability here is surmounting. Today is about 2 months from when I started this process and I still don’t have the molasses from them… Please don’t expect anybody at this store to have a word they can honor.

We couldn't find anyone to help us. They only had 1 cashier. We almost left, but they eventually called another cashier to help. Lots of stuff for farm animals and dogs, but we never found any puppy formula. The place is big! Very few employees but at least they were nice.

Could not get the manager to help me to obtain some out-of-stock items from other stores but Max stepped in and was more than willing. If anyone from coastal management is listening you should make Max the manager of this store.
Ryan in the fishing department was awesome also. These two should be managing the store instead of working all the way in the back.

This is the closest farm feed store to our home. There are so many stuffs to meet your pet needs and also farming needs! I'm so awed to find clothings and sports apparels there too! What's most amazing are the people working there! Shout out to John who brought us to the back of the store to check out the hay bales before we ordered one. Thanks so much! Coastal is one of those stores that I can spend an entire afternoon browsing around. This store has all the fun stuff for people who work AND play outdoors. Great firearms selection with good quality units as well as a vast assortment of ammo and accessories. Then it's just a few feet from there to their wall of the latest fishing reels. From the high-end Penn spin-caster combos and the most recent Abu Garcia bait-casters to a Shakespeare basic trout kit, and everything in between, you'll be impressed. This is an easy place to shop for all kinds of yard work tools, fertilizers, seed, including a vast selection of dog, cat, horse, chicken, hog, and other pasture animal feeds. Bailed hay, tractor implements, and a wide variety of fencing/building products are available in-store or can be bought in bulk and loaded just around the side of the building. Overall, I would recommend this store to anyone that asks...and some that don't!

This store is filled with an assortment of items. Everything from high end clothing & foot wear, to fencing or what you need to get from one end of your farm to the other. They have toys for kids (or adults), gardening & yard or farm accessories, miscellaneous organizing items, camping gear & the list goes on. There is also a veterinary clinic w/in the store that happened to be open early on a Saturday morning. I was impressed by the overall assortment of items all under one roof. The items I was interested in were either on sale or priced lower than I had expected. The store was organized, clean & well stocked. The associates I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable & eager to assist me. Overall, I felt the trip to Coastal Farm & Ranch was successful

This is a wonderful store. They offer a wide selection of Western-style hats, boots, clothing, livestock feed and supplies, home décor, toys, and even fireplace equipment. There truly is a little bit of everything, and one could easily spend hours browsing the many items available. I found the variety and selection of goods to be excellent, particularly the men's Western-style clothing. I highly recommend this establishment, especially if you own horses or livestock, appreciate Western-style attire, or require durable workwear. They also boast a great variety of work boots and provide complimentary popcorn, which is a delightful treat while shopping. You should certainly consider visiting.
