I love this dealership! I bought my first Honda Accord here in 1989. (Less than $10k, lol). The button (on the 2017 CRV I now own) shift broke, so I called and they said just bring it by, quick fix. I had Googled if it was self repairable and saw a recall for this problem. I pointed this out to them and they checked but my VIN wasn't on the recall. Okay... waited for fix, my guy comes to get me 15 minutes later all done, gratis for a long time customer. I will never buy anything but a new Honda from this dealership. They are the BEST!

Brought my Acura in for a headlight that was out..they replaced the bulb and it wasn’t the problem, said maybe it’s the ballast..still got charged $300. Taking it to Acura dealer next time.

I am so grateful for the mechanics here. I was replacing my VTC actuator at home and my timing chain got off time in the process. I couldn’t have put the chain back on correctly myself without causing further damage. While my belt is back where it needs to be, the rattling sound my car makes (that I was attempting to resolve) when starting up is still there. I will have to get my car diagnosed sometime.

Took my car in for a check engine light 15 minutes later they informed me that they broke off ignition coils in the engine, that I couldn't get my car back and that it was going to cost $1,500. They didn't call me back the next day to inform me that the parts weren't going to come in, i had to call them. I didn't end up getting the car till two days after Christmas. They didn't offer price reduction for the damage they had done to my car I had to pay extra for labor, they didn't offer me a shuttle home and when I showed up to pick up my car the price had gone up to $1,700. later when I called the service station they paid the difference between the 15 and 1700 but I shouldn't have had tocalled.

I’ve always had a good experience with service, but yesterday they went above and beyond. I backed over a snow covered rock in my driveway that tore part of my undercarriage guard off of my car. I called the service department. They got me right in and fixed it for free! I was thinking I would have to replace the whole thing, but they thought outside the box and were able to reattach the torn part. I’m thankful and thoroughly impressed with the service department.

The best mechanic in town is found at CdA Honda - Ethan McAlister. Several years ago my grandson’s pickup was toast. Ethan said he couldn’t fix it with a good conscience but he went above and beyond spending several hours with us looking for a new truck at several places in the area. Since then I always ask for Ethan, knowing he does great work and is always honest. I recently needed a different car myself and he invested time and effort into getting me connected with a salesman at CdA Honda and helped me get a great car. He’s the best and I am so fortunate to have met him.

Not trusting for there services on getting work done on your car We will never go back there said we needed 6200 dollars worth of work done and didn't do the right test to come to that conclusion took it elsewhere and fixed it for 1200 dollars .don't waste your time there .
