The last time we tried to purchase an item here the cashier was completely condescending and rude, we had a picture with the name and size of the exact item we needed and they refused to help us find a replacement without seeing the part in person, the part was a clip that was missing which is why I needed a replacement. Went to auto zone and they ordered it for us without any problem.

What a great store. I stopped in to pick up car ramps. The guys were very helpful and with their knowledge of NAPA products they helped make my decision easier. I was pleasantly surprised by their tool display; hand tools, power tools, storage options, tool box displays that you could see and touch, jacks, stands, and lifts, what a great idea. The CDA store listens to, and provides, what the customer needs and wants. Thank you and keep up the great job.

This particular napa has had one of the most comprehensive service departments for years from as far back as 2003 the service and parts have been spot on...but today I had an eye opening experience with one of the employees. I was just along for the ride with my son to pick up a single bolt...right off the employee seemed to have an issue/attitude.... after tapping on the keys of his computer to no avail he asked us to follow him to the bolts..at the bolt bins "with the bolt board above it". My son was next to the employing looking at bolts and the employee found one as long with the incorrect threads my son didn't notice and I assumed the employee could do something as simple as get a 1/4 -28 bolt...do his job correctly. This bolt goes into an aluminum casted coolant crossover pipe and would have destroyed the threads and possibly crack the crossover pipe. When I looked at the bolt I could clearly see the difference. I was pissed at this point.. not only did he look at me and say my son said it was ok while the bolt was in the employees hand but my son thought this guy knew what he's doing...so he placed trust blindly in him till we looked at the bolt. Not only is this unexceptable but would have damaged the part.. The employee knew the thread pattern was wrong but was ok giving the wrong bolt without asking if the thread difference was ok... Fire was in my blood.....how dare any employee in any capacity knowingly give out the wrong part without asking the customer to assure Napa was represented in the correct manner and damage didn't occur because of a lazy employee.. Customer's be aware of fake it till you make it employees. The only reason they got 2 stars is because of previous experince... I will not shop there anymore..because the employee would not get a manager at the time either....so there you have it...Always check

Lyle is a super nice guy and has been extremely sharp and friendly each time I’ve been to this location. However, I’ve come to realize this store location is an absolute price gouging establishment. The fuel filter I purchased today was literally double what I could have purchased it for through multiple online retailers. Lesson learned, only shop at this location when it’s an emergency-because you’re paying absolute top dollar here.

The napa gold filters have been outsourced and are questionable quality now. The battery warranties are also quite questionable, As Ive been experiencing. Go buy wix filters somewhere else and Walmart has the same battery warranties. I've heard good things about batteries+

I would give 10 stars if I could. A worker named Lyle helped us solve a problem we worked on for several hours on in a matter of minutes. Saved us bunches of money. Absolute worst customer service I’ve had at any auto part store. Someone Lyle called to tell us a part was ready for pickup. We drove almost an hour into town to get the part and cutting close to closing time but we made it 10 minutes before closing. The 3 kids working there said no parts were there and to come back tomorrow. I asked why would someone call if parts weren’t there but they didn’t seem to care. The kid with the neck tattoos seemed pretty bothered that I was there to get the parts I ordered. Not the first time I’ve dealt with him either. Last time I figured maybe he just had a bad day but now I’m sure he hates customer service jobs. I get all my parts for customer vehicles through NAPA but after today I will shop elsewhere. Very sad to see the work ethic of today’s kids is just not present.

Had a dead battery when I tried to leave for work. Jumped it, went to Napa and had a gentleman there named Lyle who checked everything - battery and alternator. Both were good to go. He suggested the right jumper cables to keep with me, got me hooked up with some wiper blades and some touch up paint for some rust spots. Lyle was super helpful, kept my costs down and was just an all around great guy. Thanks Lyle!
