Used to go to Automall in Daytona, and with many horrible experiences I refused to go back. So when I had recalls on my Lincoln, I brought it to Coggin for the first time. Not only was the customer service better (shout out to Jen) but whoever worked/handled my car was not only fast, but done right the first time unlike the Automall. Coggin was a 40 min drive from where I live, and worth the drive! Coggin gained a customer, and not only will I bring my car back for repairs, but I will purchase future vehicles here. The best I can say for this dealership is the coffee machine makes good coffee. My husband and I went in to talk about getting a new Explorer and we were totally ignored. I asked twice to see a salesperson. It never happened. If you are treated this way before the sale can you imagine how you would be treated after they got your money!!!!★☆☆☆☆ 6 years ago

The staff was nice but not fair or professional, my wife and I came from out of town and purchased a used vehicle from another local dealer but brought the car here for service before the return back home (Myrtle Beach).First of all the techs did not inform me as to the automobile requiring 6quarts, not 5. Well I purchased the works not knowing the car oil capacity is 6 quarts, now surely they should have explained to me that the car required 6, but no one did, they just made the sale and informed me of their recommendations, when I refused I told them to give me a print up of their recommendations to have addressed on my end, they didn’t comply. They just gave me a bill and sent us on our way. So I drove from Florida back to South Carolina a quart low thinking I had a leak, well to my surprise I was already a quart low.
