Had such a great experience at DeLand Kia!!! Roberto Casanova was an AMAZING salesman. He was super straight forward, very helpful, easy to communicate with, and overall so great in helping me trade in my old Mazda for a brand new Kia!!! If you’ve been having problems at other dealerships, please try DeLand Kia! We had so many issues with other dealerships not willing to negotiate, adding unnecessary fees, charging wayyyy over MSRP, etc. We are so glad we came to this Kia dealership because we were finally able to work with great people and get an awesome deal. And, when we did have a slight issue along the way, the manager John was absolutely amazing at recovering the situation and making sure we left happy. 10/10 experience, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car 😁

When going to the Kia dealership in Deland be sure to look up Josue Gomez he was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. His courtesy, knowledge of the vehicle. Is beyond any other salesman I have encountered. He takes his time and is up front with you. Even in his day off he helped us with our vehicle. I just purchased my new 2026 Kia Sportage literally via text and the online sales department. When I went to the dealership Juan greeted me and then Andrew came with the price range I was looking for. No time wasted, my trade was valued above the KBB and when I got to the finance department the documents and signatures were done fairly quickly. We had more delays because I would not stop talking 😅. Amir made it a great experience, direct to the point but we had some jokes along the process. He walked me out and Andrew and Juan were there to congratulate me and I must say they were all great! I got to the dealership at around 1 PM and at 3:30 I was out the door with my brand new Kia- Thank you!

The best experience in 20 years buying vehicles in 2 different states. I spent 7 hours at greenway Kia north, negotiating 2, 2026 carnivals, for them to finally tell me I was getting the deal of the century (one EX and one SX). I ended up leaving the dealership at 10:20pm put a deposit on there cars but something didn’t feel right. I called the Deland Kia at 11am right as they were opening and I spoke to Matt. Immediately, I felt as if I were his own family. I gave him a 30 minute window to see if he can beat the two deals we were getting from greenway. Matt was beyond attentive, and fully transparent from the initial conversation. He immediately checked on the availability of both cars, no fake gimmick fees, and was able to beat each deal by a few thousand dollars. Oh wait! Not only did we save money but we both ended up with the highest trims. SX Prestige. He made the process, quick, simple, and was beyond efficient. Thank you Matt and Deland Kia for my wife’s new 2026 Carnival and helping my cousin with his as well.

We dropped by to test drive a few trims of the Kia Niro and as soon as we parked we were met by super friendly faces!! All ready and willing to help. More specifically Jorge was a HUGE help, very friendly salesman! He was very knowledgeable about the Kia Niro and went with us on two test drives with my husband and I. I felt zero pressure into buying one, it felt like he was just a good friend of ours showing us the car! Lol although I didn’t plan on buying one that day I still ended up with one at the price and rate we wanted! He was very knowledgeable and right to the point. He didn’t waste any time trying to up sell me. He listened to everything I asked and said. He took his time me. I had a wonderful experience buying my car at this dealership! From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress free. The manager Michael Burger held the car for me with a small deposit until I could get to the dealership the following morning. I was worried it would be sold even with the deposit (like other dealerships) but he gave me his word he would keep it for me.
