Asked if they could install new CV axles I supplied. Repeatedly told multiple shop staff there was a chance that I may have the WRONG axles. Told them NOT to install them if they were wrong. They all said they AGREED and UNDERSTOOD. Dropped car off after 2 days and repeated conversations about axles. Next day they called, said they were wrong axles, but ONLY AFTER they installed them and drove car. Axles were CLEARLY and BLATANTLY WRONG for my car. BLIND person could have seen it. They are either beyond IGNORANCE and UNQUALIFIED to do repairs or CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT and MALICIOUS for installing them!!!! Must have taken at least 2 people to JAM them in! Car COMPLETELY UNABLE TO BE DRIVEN!!!! Axles spinning in an oval. Engine/transmission moving to the point of possible engine mount breaking. Had to get car TOWED from shop. 5 day CAR RENTAL. Final INEPTITUDE,put a 2 INCH SCRATCH on car door. GUTLESS STAFF WOULD NOT OWN UP TO IT, along with owner denying it!!! You’ve been WARNED!!!! You’ll get what you deserve if you take your car there!!!!! Here’s pic of old and new axle. Clearly can be seen how new axle would NEVER FIT!!!!!!
