If you are looking for honest mechanic that is very knowledgeable Wallace automotive is a place for you. Dave explains everything to you he is a person of integrity and truly cares about you as a person and making sure your automobile is repaired correctly and swiftly .His pricing is extremely fair, I will not go anywhere else except Wallace automotive .Thanks to Dave I didn't have to spend $6000 on a new engine for my car , He diagnosed my car properly and repaired my car for very minimal cost . I can't praise Wallace automotive enough

I cannot recommend Wallace Automotive enough. He is the only one I trust to actually take care of my vehicles. I have referred a few friends - who had the same great service I did. He is quick to get your car diagnosed, good on prices to resolve the issue and quick to get it repaired and get you back on the road.

A spark plug and a coil.... I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to mess up a total rating of a company. My 2010 Toyota prius started running really badly. Check engine light. I called Wallace, and they said bring it right in. AWSOME. The mechanic told me he had been working for Toyota for 13 years and had never seen anything like it. Lucky me. I'm convinced that my engine and electric generator are coming apart on the inside. He said that it would be $800.00 tear down just to find the problem, whether it could be $3000 or $5000 to fix he isnt sure... I'm in total shock. I ask what the computer says, and it's a misfire on #4. Hmm, OK. I was not charged for the Diag. Thanks. After limping it to my work, I spent most of the day tearing it down to replace the spark plug and coil. AZ was nice enough to deliver. After a long amount of time with YouTube, I was able to get them replaced. I'm not a mechanic, that's why I went to Wallace, but I'm also not stupid and refuse to be duped. $12.75 for a plug and a warranty coil later, and I'm up and running with no problems. An emotional roller coaster ride that was unnecessary. Not sure exactly what the plan was here for Wallace Auto. Lesson learned. I hope this helps fute customers..

They charged me completely fairly, which I really appreciate and respect, because there are a lot of mechanics that will price gouge you and screw you over as we all know. I have been going to Wallace Automotive for the last 8 years and have brought over 3 vehicles. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars except these guys, they're honest they know what they're doing and it's reasonably priced. I always get oil changes here and make sure to keep up to date with regular maintenance.

Just make sure you know who works here. David Wallace wants everyone to only enjoy football in English. What does this have to do with mechanics? Maybe nothing, but you can decide for yourself
