I needed my car repaired and I dont really have mechanic. I saw several posts on Facebook that recommended Narvaez Auto Transport And Repairs. I called Luis and he promptly came by and gave me the devastating diagnosis but no pressure. I am not a very trusting person and Luis turned that around. He gave me a tour of his shop. He showed me a video of a running motor that could be in my car and still no pressure. The decision was made and he came by on a Sunday and picked up my car and the deposit and he continued to ease my mind. Monday I received a picture of my car with no motor in it and the motor sitting on the ground of his shop. Tuesday a video of my car running along side my old motor sitting on the ground arrived by text and I was in disbelief. 2 days to change out a motor! I could not get to the bank until Friday. That was a long 3 days! I highly recommend Narvaez and he has a life long customer.
