I had to have a car battery changed and went to Advance Auto Parts. I found the "Diehard Gold" edition and with purchase they installed it in no time at all. The car battery has a 3 yr warranty and they've always been reliable in my years of purchase. This location was helpful and quick to get the job done without hesitation. I highly recommend their services.

Not satisfied at all they have this young guys there that they do not know what the heck they doing bought a part from a different store the manager from the first store call elkcam store to let them know I was on my way to pick up my part that I already had pay for it because I needed the part right away when I got to the store they had send my part to be deliver to the first store now I have to wait while the driver goes around all the store about2hr to be able to get my part and all this because this young guys all they do is joke around and go out to smoke and whoever got the call didn't say anything about my part before the took the delivery for the day now I I wasted my time my gas and now the customer is never going to bring me his car so yeah I'm loosing business because of some unprofessional people.

We like to go for a run over there. They have a small fitness park along the fitness trail. Nothing too intense just keeps the joints going for most people. I do that with my son that I like to go to the gym. I need a little bit more resistance

Went into the store to buy a 40:1 2 cycle engine fuel mixture which took me 10 minutes to find. Then after 20 minutes of BS at the register the bar code was not working. it wasn’t listed in their POS system and no one could take my $5.99 + tax so I walked out in disgust. I drove 2/10th of a mile to Advanced Auto told the Sales Consultant at the register what I needed took her 30 seconds to fetch it and 30 seconds to cash me out. Their price was $6.99 I told her it was $5.99 at Auto Zone she said no problem and met the price. We go to local businesses for customer service which is totally lacking at this Auto Zone location.

You won't believe this!!! Awhile ago we needed a new battery. This weekend we went to see friends and had issues with the car not starting & needing it jumped. Come to find out today the technician put the wrong battery in our car the last time!!! Yes it was under warranty. No they will not replace it without us needing to buy a new one being it is not the battery for our car! Are you frigging kidding me $218 for a battery when they put the wrong one in!!! They told us they could replace it with the one he put in but they don't even have it at this location or the one we ended up going to across town when this one machine didn't work to test the battery. Needless to say I am livid and going to go to every single measure possible to get them to make this right! No way is this our fault they should replace it with the proper one and never should have suggested putting the wrong one in again

I have been going to advanced auto on elcam blvd. in deltona for going on 25 years and they have always been very helpful. Recently, the manager (Sean) helped me find a part for my for that I couldn't find by looking up the part number that matched the ford part number. Now I can fix my truck, great job once again. Saved me over $200!!!! Came in lookin for a new battery cause the one Walmart sold me was wrong and they didn't actually have mine. The young man who helped me (shorter with glasses failed to read his name tag) asked if I was sure I needed one. Took my core that I brought with me and said it still has volts lemme charge it. Came back and picked it up, after the hour it had gotten to 200 so he threw it in a lil longer to get it as juiced as he could. He was outside when I came back but saw me on the way out and checked in and let me know what all was done. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! He totally could've reamed me out the money for a new battery because that's why I came in. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for the honesty and willingness to truly help. So glad you're so close to home
