This is my go to store for all my auto needs but instead of ringing me out I was walked over to self-checkout which I am so against no bags there delayed receipt I would rather pay at the register I was standing at instead of being led somewhere else. Everything else about the store is great staff is great it's clean this is someone I never seen before and did not like that I was taking a self-checkout I also let her know that and she said to me I did it not so I don't like self-checkout I want to talk to a person I want my items in a bag and I want a receipt. Self-checkouts for people that are in a hurry I am not. And to be taken there without being asked I thought it was just beyond rude.

Do not go to the store the lady who is the “manager”. Is a complete idiot and extremely rude… I was trying to do a simple return today and she denied me even though I had my receipt and nothing was open. Everything was still brand new in package. She told me that she could not do my return that I had to go to another store because she did not have money. She didn’t do so she made me jump through hoops. I’ve already contacted corporate. I just wanted to put this so that nobody has to go through the same stuff. I did. They wanted to take my money no problem but then when I don’t need something, it was extremely hard to even try to return it to get my money back do not go to this store and avoid the witch!!!

OK, talk about good customer service. I met this beautiful lady. Her name is Kassandra I walked into the store and right away. I asked her to help me with no hesitation. She came out with a smile and help me and talk to me and her meet and greet was on point. Her customer service was superb. I’ve been to a lot of places here and my visit to Flora and nobody has been so nice and kind as she has you guys are lucky to have her and now I have a new friend so thank you for having someone who works so great with people maybe more people need to be trained like her cause she is what you call epitome of great customer service
