So thankful for Nicholas from this auto zone location. I caught a flat tire behind the store, I was actually down to the rim. Out of desperation I called the autozone and asked for help jacking my car. Nicholas was nice enough to walk out and help me. Thank you Nicholas for helping this damsel in distress lol. Was having car problems & called auto zone to see if anyone was available to do a free testing & the one that answered the phone stated yes, I told him I was in the area about to pull in and he came out to test the vehicle ended up being the battery! Purchased a new battery and he replaced it on, I also had the check engine light so he checked that afterwards. Definitely Great customer service with Miguel N. 20/10 ⭐️ It is SUPER HOT outside & not once did I see him frustrated or complain!!!! Thank you

Do not go to the store the lady who is the “manager”. Is a complete idiot and extremely rude… I was trying to do a simple return today and she denied me even though I had my receipt and nothing was open. Everything was still brand new in package. She told me that she could not do my return that I had to go to another store because she did not have money. She didn’t do so she made me jump through hoops. I’ve already contacted corporate. I just wanted to put this so that nobody has to go through the same stuff. I did. They wanted to take my money no problem but then when I don’t need something, it was extremely hard to even try to return it to get my money back do not go to this store and avoid the witch!!!
