I decided to go to expert car care based on its positive reviews and its affordability. I can say super disappointed probably one of the worst customer service experiencesI’ve had. When I walked in for my appointment, I looked at both employees, one of which just looked at me, stared and said nothing and then finally the other one after a few minutes, looked up, acknowledge me, and asked what I was there for. Put simply the courteousness respect for my time friendliness of the staff absolutely poor response time and communication. Absolutely poor. I had to call every single time to ask when my vehicle was ready and then had to leave it there overnight and which nobody told me. Really disappointed wanted this to be a good experience because I live in Deltona But quite very much the opposite will not be going back. ever.
