Absolutely the best. The store manager is great to work with, she communicated very well and gave my wife and I options to fix to our car and she wasn’t pressuring us at all like most places do. I was honest and said when I dropped off the car I felt like I was dropping it off at the morgue, when I spoke to front desk and told them what was going on they didn’t sugar coat or present it lightly so I immediately felt regret. But when I received the call from the manager I immediately felt relieved that I had options and that my car did have a solution. Definitely coming back here for any car crisis I have as long as she’s in management! Thank you guys!

5 STARS. Dwight and his team make you feel right at home when you are with them. I’m seriously impressed with the professionalism these guys expressed to me. I came in with a popping noise in the front end of my vehicle and these guys got me fixed up fast and got it right the first time. This is the only shop I will go to at this point. If you are on the fence I firmly recommend you stop by and give these guys a shot to take care of you. More shops should be like this one.

I feel I can’t thank Johanna and Dwight enough for how great they have treated me. I came in when it was super busy and still they took me in when the other location couldn’t. On top of the at the repair was affordable and they got me out the same day. Johanna kept me updated along the way. Great communication and definitely out of this world customer service. I took my car in because it kept stalling on me. I dropped it off on a Friday and finally on Tuesday they called me and said they’re not sure what the problem is, but they wanted to start with replacing the alternator which was gonna cost me $1100. I told them that’s more than half what the car was worth and since they didn’t know even that would fix the problem. Autozone has these fir around $100. I said I’ll get a second opinion. When I got the car back, I noticed parts sitting on the passenger seat, my armrest was broken off and sitting on the back floor. My cupholder was broken and the piece that goes around the battery was sitting on my passenger seat. My power steering pump was loose and the bolt was sitting up by the windshield wipers. I called them to ask them why they would leave my car like this and they outright lied to me, saying they never touched any of those pieces. When I dropped the car off all the pieces were fine and nothing was sitting on the passenger seat. When I picked up the car it was like this, so obviously they are the ones that did this. So I paid $100 for a misdiagnosis and getting my car back with broken pieces and parts removed. Come to find out I had water in my gas tank. It’s a combination of incompetence and ignorance if you deal with this place. Take your car somewhere else you’ll be much happier.
