I was just on the phone for over 16 minutes getting transferred around and around. The lady said she was going to get someone to let them know they had a phone call but they still nvr picked up. I see they already have bad reviews so I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I removed my wheel from my vehicle due to having a blow out. Brought my wheel to get a new tire installed at this location. I sat here for 6 hours and they never touched the tire. And I keep being told “another hour” I am a Porsche certified technician I do tires daily. A tire takes 5-10 minutes tops. I saved them the trouble of pulling the car in, racking the car, and removing the wheel. Simply mount and balance. The lack of consideration is absurd. The way this shop is organized is completely out of order and even their low prices are not worth this. Do not recommend.

Took my car up there to get an oil change. It took them almost 3 hours to get the oil change done. I also asked them to check my tire because I kept hearing air leaking out. They took forever to check my tire because they stopped work on my car so that they could work on somebody else’s vehicle. When I confronted them about it, they came over, touched the tire and said “I hear the air coming out, but I don’t know where it’s from”. I told him forget about it, give me my car and I’ll just pay for the oil change. I went home and found a nail in my tire. The same tire that they said they acted like they couldn’t find anything wrong with. Plus they never reset my oil change reading sensor in my car. Makes me wonder if they really changed my oil. Worst service ever. I will never go back there again.

Worst ever service. We went to have the tires of a pick up truck replaced and the damaged the ring. When we complained they said they couldnt find us in there systems, thankfully we had the receipt. Yet they did not rectify the damage they caused.
