They seem to have a better chance if giving you the wrong part than the right one. I have started shopping at Orileys, mainly because it is not advance... If you buy something here with a warranty greater than 2 years, keep your receipt, because they purge their records. Advance in an untrustworthy company and they don't deserve your business. They really deserve 1 star, but I really hate giving 1 star, I reserve that for the truly despicable companies.

Seen alot of newer faces come and go it seems. Sometimes the new guys are knowledgeable and sometimes not, so know exactly what you need before you go and double check before you leave. Usually have what I need if I can't find it elsewhere, so major plus. Would recommend.

I recently had an issue with my car battery and the young Man who help was very polite and professional! I am an older disabled Man and he removed and replaced my battery and ran checks on both the battery and the charging system at no charge. I went to a location in Deltona, Florida. I only wish that all businesses had employees like that guy, he was Great!

I can't say enough about how far above and beyond Tom has gone at this store to help me with a custom order. He did a price match on the product so I could purchase it locally, and when one of the parts didn't fit he contacted the vendor, helped expedite the part being swapped out and kept me updated. Once I went to install it, another one of the parts didn't fit and was too large. I contacted the product manufacturer and Tom provided detailed info to them to help expedite yet another exchange. This was a large purchase and it was not his responsibility to deal with, but he was genuine and sincere in his efforts to help me get it resolved, and a great person to work with. I rarely write reviews like this, but I feel the least I could do after all the effort he put into helping me is share my experience with this store and with Tom. He took ownership of the problem and he resolved it - twice.

Before I even walked in they acknowledged me and waved Hi. Asked me what I needed help with and immediately looked everything up and got me to the right section. After I made my purchase they offered to install it for me which was unexpected but kind. They even took my trash. All throughout they were kind and courteous. On Saturday, February 14th, I had problems with my car battery. I'm very distrustful and, for obvious reasons, skeptical. I went to Advance Auto Parts for a battery check. My mechanic (who I've had for over 10 years, but he wasn't available) usually does this. I went into the store and met Jesus. What a polite, dedicated, responsible, and empathetic young man with such charisma that my heart told me I was in good hands. Jesus is the kind of person any company would want as a Manager, Supervisor, Team Manager, or Team Leader. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He really knows what he's doing.
