I went there for windshield wipers. The sales person offered to install them for me. Thank goodness that I took him up on it because the one that the guide book said would work didn't fit right. He went right back and found a different brand which worked perfectly! I am extremely happy that I went to this place and that he went out of his way to make sure that it was right before I left the parking lot.

I went in about 20 mins ago to grab air fresheners and wipers after being told to give her a few minutes while she helped one customer she looked passed me and help another customer skipping me. Very disappointed on how I was just looked over and left to the side as a regular customer I won’t be coming back !

Love this store! They're always helpful and super friendly! Other day I came in to get a price on rear brakes and after I called around to other stores I found a better deal. However I made calls in parking lot so I went inside and explained I didn't need the brakes because I'd found a better deal. They immediately said they'd match it and now I didn't have to go anywhere else wasting my time and $4 a gallon gas! Yay!!

O'Reilly is our go to place but we will never go to this location again. A few days after hurricane Milton we were stuck in this area. Our broken part is on warranty but other major parts were damaged due to the warrantied part that broke. My husband simply asked if there was anything that could be done to cover the other part. The manager JAMES got an instant attitude, did not let me husband finish his sentence and said that's not covered with s smirk. When my husband asked for corporates number to see if someone could help (it's an OReily's product) James told us "if you want to call someone you can get the number off the door" and walked away. The poor guy working the register looked so uncomfortable and he actually walked over and got the number for us. Then to replacement part last only 50 miles and we had to take it back again. Our location in Deland is wonderful, the manager, Paul, took good care of us (as always), he's amazing at what he does. If it weren't for Paul we would never use OReily's again.

Wonderfully parts and prizes and customer sales personally, as Larry the assistant manager of the Store very knowledgeable, and......James, the Store manager he's, very cleaver, but doesn't cutting any deals or sales,,, for Customers,even when they have sales on parts,too Demanding......... ....he wans all the pie for him self, and more, but, he can answer some of your Guestios as well.but Larry he's a library of info.and he comes with a great military background, great to deal with...

I've always purchased parts from AutoZone and this O'Reilly's has been my go-to recently. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful without asking. The loan-a-tool has more options than the competitors. AutoZone has discontinued many that O'Reilly's hasn't so its helpful to know that I can both get the right parts on the first attempt and also get the tools that I don't own to install them at the same location One man Carl who is in fact "The Man!" even goes as far as to tell me I have an email with a discount coupon I haven't opened or used. That is amazing to me that he not only sees my activity as a customer but also tells me the discounts I'm unaware of to help me save and keep me coming through their doors! I've worked on cars and trucks for over 25 years and no one has given this amount of exceptional service. Thank you CARL!!!

If there's one place that has no problem letting you know how useless and pathetic your automotive skills are, while simultaneously convincing you that that $3 part you selected and carried to the counter is definitely not what you need, instead you need that $27 part, and somehow they make you happy, so happy you tell them keep the change. Then that park breaks, you try to get back to the store in time just to see your salesman skidding out the parking lot, so you talk to the other guy and you already know, he tells you how dumb you are for buying that part when the $3 part works fine, however he still convinces you to buy the upgraded $89 part, but it don't work either. Bravo gentlemen. Bravo. You are national treasures. May the sun always shine in your eyes while traveling.

Specifically I wanted to highlight me experience with the young man Gavin. He helped me a few times over the last few weeks of me dealing with a faulty battery in my car. All right, all you auto parts stores.The bar has just been set incredibly high by o'reilly auto parts store at 497 , howland boulevard deltona Florida. and they're fabulous , fantastic , helpful staff , Adr iel and Henry. Not Only was the service, prompt, professional and helpful. But ADRIEL actually taught me an important way to secure my low beam front lamp in to the housing. , In the past, even with helpful staff from other auto park stores across the country. it has always been difficult to get the lamp into the housing. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Adriel. You taught me something very valuable and your help and professionalism.go way way above And beyond the call of duty.
