Came out to repair my a/c did the job a/c cold now 3days later stopped working hot a/c,,going to repair my window ordered a window motor will be back in 5days to finish job so I went and paid for the job 10days past I call what happened you didn't get my parts yet and my a/c not working again I'll check it when come back to do the window, he didn't come back he sent his helper to do the work and check out my problem he quoted me more money for more repairs I paid him what he asked for and next day he called me and said he didn't charge you enough you owe me more I paid that and my a/c is still not working .they did other things OK took longer than expected I spent $300. 1st ,$ 200 2nd time called me and his helper didn't charge me enough said I owed another$ 150.then I paid it totally $650.00 and then I texted me and said It's going to take$ 900.00 more to fix your a/c . Very unhappy 😒 they're nice guys I think there good parts changers my car is a 2002 with only 148,221 miles very well taken care of and service every 3,000 miles one owner .

Long story short I have a BMW that was going to need quite a bit of service done, after being quoted an insane amount by the dealership I started searching in my area on an independent mechanic who dared to tackle a foreign vehicle. They came out quickly gave me more than a fair estimate a little less than half of what the dealer wanted. My car was definitely a challenge but they got the job done!!! I definitely plan on using them in the near future.

Fast! Friendly! & Fair! My biggest concern with having car repairs done is being taken advantage of and to my pleasant surprise, he was upfront and honest about everything. Walked me through the part I would need and gave an extremely fair quote for labor. Diagnosed my car, ordered the part, fixed the alternator and had my car back on the road the next day. The best part, avoiding the towing fee.. he came right to my house. Amazing service! Has a lifetime customer out of me :)

Long overdue. Danny is the GOAT. Rescued our car from having it be towed and looked at a dealership. 5 hours in FL heat. Man went out of his way to help, and diagnose the problems with the car. Worst experience ever. Had to take him to court to try to get money back for the poor job. Unfortunately the advice from the court mediator that a letter from the new mechanic would be sufficient to prove the incompetence of Thomson who was hired to do a head gasket job on our truck and left if in worse condition was not accepted by the judge. The lawyer I contacted said if the new mechanic who we had to hire to fix the truck correctly attended court we would have proven the poor job and won the case. Very unprofessional. Lacked communication. Broke some of the parts and never offered to pay for the damage he did. Left the truck engine and critical parts in the rain. Good luck and God speed if you use his services. ***You are just so professional with your response. When WE hired you, do you really think it was just Chad? The truck is in his name but all our decisions are done as a team. So WE unfortunately hired your unprofessional and poor attitude to work on the truck. And again, you only won the case because we did not bring the new mechanic into the court room with us, but I can totally post his professional letter of your poor work on the truck and the information I received from the lawyer that told us we could appeal the case and get our money refunded. If I was you, I would apologize for your poor work and learn your lesson from this so others are not shit upon by you and your claim to be a professional mechanic.

Danny was absolutely phenomenal! He fixed my water pump on a 3.5L engine which was a job no one else was capable nor wanting to do. He kept a great attitude although it was a lot more work than we were expecting. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was functioning properly after completion. Also very fair pricing considering the magnitude of the job. I recommend him to everyone and will definitely be contacting him again if I have any other issues.

If I could give Danny more than 5 stars I would! He worked on my '76 Chevy C10 and went above and beyond the service you often get from other mechanics. He is honest, fairly priced, and showed expert knowledge in every issue that this old vehicle had. It is now running better than ever. I would trust Danny to work on any vehicle I own.

2003 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9 diesel had no start in the morning losing fuel pressure. Started with showing up on time, actually a day earlier than expected & got the job done. When everyone said I needed new lifters seals & rings he got it done by just changing the cracked fuel line along the frame. Saved me a bunch of $$$!!Woke up this morning and my truck started on the 1st crank. Highly recommend him!

We needed to find out what was wrong with the engine. DANNY checked it out and right away recommended another engine. We bought a used one online and about the price Danny recommended. The engine arrived and Danny was here the next day. Old engine was out in less than 3 hours. We upgraded parts on the used engine such as plugs, and Danny had it running first try. I highly recommend him. He did all this at my house and in my driveway. Very nice person as well as a good mechanic.

Arrived on time. Went right to work but was very communicative about what he was doing. He always explained to me what he was doing every time I asked. That is important to me. When he was finished he cleaned up his work area. Like he was never there. He installed a complete air bag system for me. Tied up cables and wires for a near install. He even installed the air compressor and controller in the bed of the truck under the rolling bed cover. No water will ever reach these components. Highly recommend this mobile mechanic.

I was at my wit's end dealing with my AC. I was looking for mechanic to step in and started reading Google reviews I came across Danny decided to give him a shot. As an informed consumer I appreciate punctuality honesty and knowledge. Danny showed up before time which is a definite plus, I wasn't there but he explained everything to my wife at a level that she could understand as someone who knows nothing about cars and last but certainly not least he charged me less than he quoted me. What?!?! He went as far as the call me on three different occasions to update me on the progress so I was in the loop the whole time. What?!?!?! My job keeps me away from home for one to two weeks at a time and I do my own mechanic work on all of my vehicles. That was until today. If you are mechanically savvy or mechanically a novice or you don't have time or you would just rather do something different with your time I absolutely positively RECOMMEND Thomson Automotive Services. I'm writing this review as of August 2025. This five stars is legitimately well deserved!

Had a check engine light after pepboys. His first thought of being a timing chain was correct. First had to make sure. He was able to get the broken chamshaft sensor part out of engine block(pepboys wouldn't) and replace the sensor all for less than half price of pepboys and fraction of the time. We decided a 2014 187,000 mile vehicle wasn't worth the timing chain repair. However If I have any future problems with a different vehicle I hope to use his services.
