I had a very disappointing experience at Pep Boys. The service was slow, unorganized, and it felt like the staff didn’t care about their customers. I brought my car in for what should have been a simple repair, but the process took far longer than expected with little to no communication about what was going on. To make matters worse, when I tried to ask questions, I was met with rude and dismissive attitudes. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. I expected a higher level of professionalism, but unfortunately, they did not deliver. I won’t be returning to Pep Boys, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service. Very disappointing!.★☆☆☆☆ a month ago
