Stopped in to this location for an oil change, although I was hesitant due to a prior bad experience. The prior bad experience was not at this location, it was a different local establishment. I was serviced by Tyler and Rick, they were awesome. Very communicative and transparent! I was in and out quicker than I anticipated. Very pleased with their professionalism and quality of service. I've called 45 times in the last 30 min and it's a constant busy signal. They are either that busy or they are holding up the lines. After getting in touch with them the gentleman was very polite and helpful. Prices are high for an oil change but I did receive a call back for my review and guy apologed for the phone service issue. Thank you and that was very nice of you to explain why I couldn't get through.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS & I will never go anywhere else!! The level of customer service and HONESTY is unmatched! Rick & Leo consistently provide service and oil changes to my vehicles and if there is an issue (check engine light on) they will do whatever they can to diagnose it and repair if within their capabilities (and it usually is!). Many times they’ll check my vehicles without asking for a penny! Where else do you get service like that?? No where!!! These guys are great! I've used the same mechanic for almost 15 years, but he got out of the business. A friend recommended Classic Lube to me. I dropped by there today for an oil change and tire rotation. They came back and said the tread depth is the same on all tires. You can wait for a rotation until next time. After an oil change, ac filter and new wipers they had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. The owner is on-site, and he and his staff are super friendly and helpful. Trustworthy, Professional and Knowledgeable. I highly recommend Classic Lube!

These guys are great, everyone was super friendly, professional and best of all, not pushy on the upsells (air filters, cabin filters etc.) I said yes to one and no to another and it was not pressed further. They really do go above and beyond I came here for an oil change, and the team did a great job and more notably, at the end, Rick stopped me to clean my headlights for me because he noticed they were a little foggy, which really shows how much they care. Definitely recommend and I definitely planning having my next oil change here again.
