What a great place! Not from the area, but needed to get a no-notice used car inspection before we purchased from a dealer nearby. Deland Auto Fix fit us in immediately. They did a very thorough inspection, captured all the concerns, and provided estimates of the work that would be required. They even invited my son out into the bay (with appropriate safety measures) to show him the identified issues of the car he was about to purchase. Our remaining concern was whether we could safely drive this vehicle home to Jacksonville where we would later do the fixes. They assured us we could with some caveats that we followed. Hands down the nicest and most thorough employees at this business. Armed with the inspection report, we were able to bring down the purchase price of the used car considerably. Great shop and nice people. I went a few months ago for an air bag censor and they told me the issue and how it could be resolved. Recently I went for an oil change (reasonably priced) and they informed me that my rotors and brake pads needed to be changed. I appreciated them telling me. They weren’t pushy on me getting that issue fixed that day with them. I will definitely take my cars back here in the future.

Luis and the guy in the office were both truly amazing! I will forever be grateful for the honesty and knowledge they provided me! Originally I called panicking thinking I would need a whole new engine. I ended up bringing my truck to the shop and leaving same day with the truck working perfectly fine for under $200. I got an oil change as a walk in. The price seemed high for a standard oil change. They were going to charge $74.50 to diagnose the tire pressure light being on. I told them the tires just needed air and declined the charge. The person at the counter was friendly enough and I was out in an hour.

Absolutely great service! Get a quote from your auto dealership and compare. For instance my Mazda dealership quoted me $510.19 for changing the drive belt....at Deland Auto Fix $178.20!!!! Talk about a huge difference! Support your local auto repair avoid the OVERPRICED dealership. Plus you'll get a 3 year warranty on work here compared to a 1 year at the dealership. Spread the word shop only here for auto repairs! Everyone at this location is super friendly.
