★☆☆☆☆ I took my car to Cole muffler on 17 Lake Ave., Rochester, NY. There was a sputter as I accelerated. My car was placed in the bay and on the lift for 15 minutes and they said it was done the problem that I originally brought the vehicle in continued on October 11th 2025. I called early morning and spoke to a female staff member and gave her the information regarding my vehicle. She said no problems sweetie bring it in and we’ll take care of you. I got off work at 4 PM and was there no later than 4:15 PM the manager who is a male became argumentative with me sarcastic with me and blatantly lied about the repairs. It cost me about $244 because they reset sensors I asked them to repair my car. He said we’re not going to. I asked for a refund. He said I’m not giving you that either
