This company was thee most cheapest, fastest, reliable, helpful and most importantly the work that was done was done right. They replaced my front & back brakes and rotors, a oil change and a master cylinder replacement they also connected me with a tow company (Garcia towing) that gave me a discount for working with this company that gave me the cheapest price in the city and i did call around to compare prices for all my services and they showed to be the cheapest as well as the tow and the fastest they had me done within 12 hours. When I tell you Joe is a good person.. The receptionist. Is professional and all his employees was professional they even fed me duri g my wait . time@ tha shop. My car sat there for almost 2 weeks I didn't have enough money to pay him. When I went to get my car he said you don't owe me anything !!!he recommended me to another auto shop which was outstanding and I decided to thank him and wish his family happy holidays if you ever need something done I recommend that you take your car to Sam's Auto Repair#!!

Talked down to me about the requested repair, passed the car previously for inspection a few months earlier, and then tried to buy the car after charging me a 50 dollar lift fee so that they could junk it as a "convenience free" service.

I was told my fuel tank straps needed to be replaced just by someone taking a quick look at my car. I took my car to Sam's Auto Repair and was advised the straps were fine. They brought me out and showed me the area. They told me I could replace them if I wanted but I had years and they even put on a solution to help prevent rust. I appreciate them being honest instead of just trying to get my money. Honesty take you a long ways and I will definitely be back. I even made sure to get some business cards to help spread the word.

Took my vehicle to this company. Gave them a list of things I needed done, listed it by priority. Asked for a price quote of the repairs that were highest priority. Instead this company did their own assessment, partially fixed one of the issues n didn't address the main problem with my vehicle. They completed svcs on the vehicle that I didn't request nor were a priority. They over charged me. Don't go to this company if you have car problems. They won't take what you say into consideration, they will overcharge you n charge you for things you didn't even request or really need. They will take advantage of you. Horrible way to run a biz.

Its a clean and conveniently located shop that is more than happy to provide a multitude of services. Complete scam, I needed a receipt for previous work for tax purposes and Joe wanted to charge me 100 dollars because they don’t computerize the receipts…this is why I stopped getting work done with them as well all they care about is taking your money

BEWARE because Big Boy Joe is a straight up scammer! Not only did he misdiagnosed my problem but quoted me a ridiculous fee. ($2,800.00) I went to another shop and my repairs were diagnosed correctly and the repairs were completed within 24 hrs and the cost was only $380.00 Parts and labor. Can't recommend Sam's Auto at all and I honestly feel like the two times he did repairs for me I was probably overcharged (both repairs were over a grand) Who I will recommend is Ron at Presison Auto in Irondequoit! The man is as honest as they come and takes pride in his work.
