I got an oil change done and it was the cheapest oil change I have had done without doing it myself. Also I had some stuff hanging from an accident and they secured it and got it out of the way. With out charging me they were also friendly and quick will only go there from now on

Absolutely thrilled with Complete Automotive! We've switched our fleet over to their very capable and trustworthy hands. We appreciate the time they take to explain a problem and even provide a hands-on look. The level of integrity they demonstrated on a recent truck issue has made us customers for life!

Very Good Experience. Customer service was very prompt and curious. The waiting room was especially accommodating with 3 Office desks, 2 recliners, Flat screen tvs, kids play area, coffee, and more. Mechanics were knowledgeable, quick, and fair priced. The air on my tires were filled..what more can you ask for, I will go back again.

These guys are the best! They are very knowledgeable & have saved me from having to go to the overpriced dealership for most everything my car needs. I can't say enough about the top-tier service I get everytime I go here & I will happily recommend them to anyone for any vehicle! They do a lot of local fleet servicing too for big names like Wegmans too, You know if those guys come here they are the best at what they do and their prices are reasonable & worth it!

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff are warm and welcoming. The place is clean with a friendly waiting room and even a play area for my young kids to play in. We were in and out in a timely fashion. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their car taking care of.

Repairs were made on my vehicle in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and informative. The waiting room was amazing. I was able to work while I waited for my repairs to be done. They have cubicles in one part of the waiting room. Highly recommend their services.

My company has been sending our fleet vehicles here for service for years and they've been nothing but great. Their pricing is fair and they're honest about what needs to be fixed, which is a welcomed surprise. I needed a van fixed urgently yesterday and they towed and had it fixed in less than half a day. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful and I'll be bringing my car to them exclusively now. Say what's up to the ceiling tiles for me Amanda!

I needed tires rotated, synthetic oil change and tire plugged. Well tire could not be plugged due to location of the nail but they found a good replacement at a good price. I was able to work at a desk with an office chair power and 5G wifi. There waiting rooms (yes plural) cater to business people or parents. Pleasant staff, pleasant atmosphere. The price was very reasonable and my car was done on time despite having to go get the tire. 100% reommend!!!

My wife and I recently had both of our vehicles detailed at Complete Automotive Solutions. My wife was very pleased on how her Hyundai Tucson turned out, and my 2014 Chevy Silverado looks like a new truck, both inside and out. Based on the final results, I think the price for detailing both of our vehicles was very reasonable. The shop is very clean, with a nice waiting area and friendly employees. I would highly recommend this shop for any automotive work.

Lousy time there. Had to go there twice. Paid for a Lyft ride several times. They took forever to come up with a diagnosis. Guy at the counter told me it might be this might be that several times. Then after probably two hours he told me it was a spark plug. Said that will fix up the check engine light and the running issues. Happily waited a little longer and paid the 200$ bill for: a new spark plug. Was glad the ordeal was over I could leave and not have to deal with the miss fire, check engine light, or running issues. Saw the metal piece that's like a sheet under the bottom part of the car was half-assed back into position, but fastened, so it would stay on. I started to drive down the 200-300 yard commercial road to get back onto Pixley. Within about 30 seconds, the check engine light turned back on. I was livid, so I turned around. Went back into the joint and asked what the deal was and explained the situation. The guy at counter's tune changed and suddenly the story was that they didn't know what the problem was. When I challenged that his countenance fell, he puffed out his chest and it seemed like he wanted to defend his honor. Mr. Positive went negative and suddenly was greatly offended that I tried to refresh his memory about the diagnosis and supposed remedy. Probably a symptom of faulty management. Although, I could rest knowing that my spark plug wouldn't need to be changed for a time. Giant eye roll!!!!!!

You can tell the place was founded by women; impeccable waiting room, a window straight to the action, really clean bathrooms and amazing quality of service. They are straightforward with costs and even go the extra mile to recommend the best and most cost effective course of action.

Highly recommend! I had to have an emergency flat tire fix done on a Friday. I dropped the car off in the morning and they were able to get at it so it was fixed before lunch time. The shop is immaculate along with a very large and clean reception area if you need to wait for your vehicle. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use again!

I own a 71 Monte Carlo and I brought it here for alignment. At the beginning of my appt. I talked to the mechanic that was going to do the job to see if he knew what he was doing. He went so far as to show me pictures of his classic cars and I was fairly confident he knew what he was doing and he told me it might take an hour and a half to 2 hours. After 2 hours he was still under the hood on the same side. After 2 hours I told Nick I was concerned about the time it was taking him and he said that the mechanic was struggling with the bolts that hold the shims in because they were spinning. Let me say that everything on the front suspension is new. A short socket on a 3/8 breaker bar fits right into the area where the bolt head is and really I thought this excuse was a bad sign. Nick told me that they charge $125/hr so I really became concerned and he assured me "a couple hundred bucks" was all this was going to cost. Then another hour went by. I was told that he was "just finishing up" Then another hour went by before he finished. At this point I was upset because I had things I had to do. When the mechanic pulled my car off the lift he showed me the screen on the machine with wheels all askew saying that it was that bad. First he tells me that the caster was really close right off the bat, then he tells me it was the worst he ever did. Getting the caster right on one of these cars is 75% of the job. He then says" well, you know, you can't change one without changing the other. This is when I knew he really didn't know what he was doing. The fact that he said he got the settings correct and that there were shims on all 4 bolts says that there was nothing major wrong with this front end. So I was told to take it for a test drive and went down Pixley parkway and the steering wheel was a little off, but he said the steering box had play. Nick charged me $250 plus tax, which I thought was excessive. Then he tells me "we had the car for 4 hours so I only charged you for 2" implying I got a deal. All for a job that should have taken an hour or 2, MAX. So as I was driving home I hear things falling out of my car onto the road. I open the hood when I get home and he left spare shims on the frame on both sides and they were falling out of my car. I then see that he used vise grips on the bolts and mashed the threads all up instead of holding the bolt like I had described earlier. He also got both fenders absolutely filthy. I thought this was completely unprofessional. At this point I was just disgusted. After driving it more, it was still messed up so I took it to another shop and paid another $100 just to see where it was at and it was way off. Needless to say, at this point I felt like I got ripped off. I went back to Nick and told him my thoughts and he again started coming up with excuses saying he gave me a deal at 2 hours shop time and that this wasn't a simple toe-in alignment and that every time they turned the wheel to check the caster the heads had to come off and back on and blah blah blah. Then admitted that he knew absolutely nothing about doing alignments on this type of car. He even admitted the guy only worked there for 4 or 5 months. In my opinion this is just complete incompetence on the side of the management. Nick did offer to take the car back and get it right, but he wanted me to drop the car off for a whole day and at 1st I agreed. But after thinking about it for a few days, the last thing I wanted to do was drop my car back into the hands of this shop. This car represents 3 years of hard work and money and I just don't feel comfortable giving it back to them for any reason. In the end, I brought it back to the mechanic in Bloomfield who was an older gentleman and he had it straight within an hour and only charged me $100. It cost me $500 to get this car aligned. Take your classic somewhere else.

I drive for a living that's why I trust my car here. Most recently my transmission was acting up and was expecting a $4,000 plus repair bill. They solved the problem I was having for just over $200.00. I'm not saying this will be everybody's out come but thank God it was mine. Thank You Complete Automotive Solutions for your professional service and friending staff

Our Kia with 40K miles didn't pass inspection at the dealer: we were told it needs both front ball joints replaced for over $800. It didn't sound right, so we took it to Complete Automotive Solutions. Turned out, the "play" was minimal, inspection was passed and $800 saved. Highly recommend!
