3 hrs for car inspection. I needed tires and was quoted one price then during check out an extra $35 was added for balance and mounting. SEREOUSLY under manned for the demand of work. Going somewhere else for any car work.

Worse tire experience of my life. The work was to put a new set of tires on and do an alignment 1). Price quoted on phone was much lower than price at the location. 2). The appointment given me on the phone was not honored. They did the work as though I was a walk-in. In the end, it took them over 3 hours to do the work. 3) When it finally came time to pay, they charged me for the alignment but it turned out they didn't do it. And the only way it was caught was by me asking for the results of the alignment which, of course, they didn't have. 4). On the way home, one of the tire pressure lights came on. I can't be sure, but since the car is a 2022 Toyota RAV 4, it's hard to believe that the pressure monitor in the tire was defective. The two people who checked me in were kind and pleasant but that location and the Pep Boys Corporate process are clearly flawed.

Charged $21 for an inspection of an electric vehicle which should be $10 since it is only the safety inspection and not emissions. Running board on vehicle came back with new scratches with exposed shiny metal. This would have been rusted if it was old damage. But did get that precious inspection sticker.

Paid for 3 diagnostics. They only actually did 2 of them (still charged for 3), and got both of them incorrect. I would trust a toddler with a hammer before I come back here. Only recommend to people who hate having money.

Made an order online for tires and confirmed a day ahead. Was told it would take 45 minutes prior. Was the first person to arrive at 9:30 and asked if cabin filter could be replaced as well. Noticing a difference in pricing I expressed not wanting the additional cost and was told to calm down (unprofessional). The communication was very casual/ offensive. Waited an hour and a half after witnessing another customer after me check out I asked the status. He then expressed that the worker was busy with another car and that it would take another 45 minutes. Basically they had me sitting for an hour and a half thinking my car was being worked on when it wasn’t. Unprofessional staff and business all around this will be the the first last time coming here.

Just under 3 hours to change 4 tires terribly slow and bad excuses people didn't show up and new employees. I also brought the car in early at their request and they didn't bring it right in it just sat there until the original appointment I'LL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I like the people at Pep Boys. They were very informative. Let me know what I need. They went above and beyond. Because in that only did change my tire. They gave my My 2019 rogue a safety check. I will be going back to them very soon. Because I need two tires and a wheel alignment. A great place to have your car service.😎♏️

Great for oil changes but that's about it. Told me it's $1000+ to replace a starter (got it replaced somewhere else for $25). They do good work just not the best for most things other than oil changes, and they take mad long too

My boyfriend brought in his work vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. He arrived 20 minutes early for his 10 am appointment. He was told it was an hour and a half wait....how is that when he had a previously made appointment? Why take appointments if you dont honor them? Falling behind is one thing, but clearly that wasnt the issue. More like poor time management and lack of courtesy for others time. After sitting there for 3 hours he was finally able to leave with said work done. We definitely will not be using them in the future.

Do not recommend, waited at the store for 4 hours for the tires to be changed. This was supposed to be a 2 hour max job. The staff did not follow up with me during the wait to say it was going to take longer, they spent most their time from my observation doing other things .Overall worst experience I have had getting new tires as well as worst customer service.

Mark and Mike were both so helpful. Mike is a super professional mechanic and was able to handle the front and the back of the shop, even when someone quite rude walked in front of me. I’m also pretty sure Mark applied a coupon in addition to my military discount which made a load of overdue repairs a little bit easier to bear all at once. They were communicative about a part that I needed that they weren’t able to find unfortunately but Mike really hunted for it and called around. I didn’t even mention my headlight and they made sure it got done so i didn’t get pulled over. A different PB in the area didn’t put some nuts on properly and it was a real safety hazard. Everything looks and feels great on my vehicle. It’s a little out of the way for me, but I’m so thankful to these guys for the great work ⭐⭐️ additional stars!

Worst experience. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was completed, but tire rotation wasn't. I told the front desk person that my tires were not rotated. I knew they were not rotated because I marked my tires. The mechanic who did my so called service was upset, and stated he could not get the lug nuts off the wheels. I stated utilize a braker bar. Front desk assistant said thats a suicide mission for my mechanic and he wont let him do it. I went home loosen the lug nuts off with a breaker bar (less than 15 minutes) and brought my vehicle back up there. The mechanic stated he could not get the lug nuts off still. 🤦🏾♂️ 🤔 Marc one the mechanics assisted me (thank you). They were only able to do the passagener side because they stripped the bolt. Next day I bought a universal locking lug nuts removal kit and got the stripped lug nut off in less than a minute with a braker bar. Brought my truck back for them to do the driver side rotation. Marc assisted and was shocked I got the lug nut off. -Damaged wheels -Came in with 20 lug nuts left with only 19 -Bought 2 replacement lug nuts from auto zone -Dirty interior Keep Marc, but the other guys need a retraining. Poor customer service and bad mechanic service and knowledge. Every mechanic should have a braker bar and a universal locking lug nuts removal set. Basic tools.
