Went to fix a coolant leak, took the whole day… And guess what? My coolant is still leaking even worse after i gave them 250$ which was already overpriced for a simple repair like that.

When taking my car to get a diagnostic it had a minor sound that wasn’t loud or noticeable. After paying $140 for a diagnostic, my car sounds like a motorcycle now. They said it will be 1700 just to get the problem fixed.

I had my GMC Van parked next to Cruz to get some work done, the problem is that after 3 days my van was not even looked at! So I went and spoke to the Owner at Cruz Mechanic and he said, wow just go and get it and I'll fix it! (Wish I hadn't listened).. After Cruz said yes, they did an oil change out of 3 different issues that I had! I asked why he couldn't do the job and he said; Your van is too big!! Really? Did he not see my van before he asked to bring it over? After 2 weeks of not driving the van I see an oil leak and I turn the van on and the check engine light turns in from having no oil because it leaked out! But wait, I didn't even have a leak when I arrived! It makes me feel cheated, no different than 5 other mechanics in the area! Never again Cruz! Never again! Very dissatisfied, Customer :-(

Cruz Auto is very fair, honest and has reasonable CASH rates ( no credit cards). The owner, Juan, is a very hard worker. I've gone to Cruz Auto for brakes, rotors, exhaust, sway bars, etc... Never an issue afterwards. Good, honest, mechanic!

My go to place. I don't know any of them personally and each time I've went I was satisfied. He's done my manifold gasket, reinstalled my bumper and extra things without me asking or being charged. The prices are beyond reasonable and his timing is fast as well.

I won’t ever recommend this Auto Shop to anyone even if they pay me cause I took my car so he could fix one problem and I could come out of there with my car driving how it should and it was still the same so he know that now I’m taking it to another shop and I bet they’ll fix it with no problem so I ended up paying double for a simple misfire job

This guy is amazing! The most honest mechanic in Rochester. His shop is always super clean, he's super diligent, and knows what he's doing. His repair prices are always super reasonble too. I always go to him before going to the dealership too. A+ highly recommend; you won't regret it.
