I brought my Rolls-Royce to Colmenero Performance to fix the suspension on the driver’s side wheel. The first time I picked it up, the issue wasn’t properly resolved, so I had to take it back. Unfortunately, the second time I returned, there was a new problem: the wheel center cap wasn’t tightened properly. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed it was my responsibility and refused to cover the cost of replacing the cap, which is over $2,000. Not only did they fail to fix the initial issue properly, but they also showed a lack of accountability for the damage they caused. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, especially for high-end cars like a Rolls-Royce. Terrible experience all around.

I had a terrible experience at Colmenero Performance. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, using foul language when addressing me. It was completely uncalled for and made me feel very uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, but that was certainly not the case here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ricardo does not appear to have a warranty guarantee. Verbally, he told me it was a year, then changed it to six months after the new CV joint he replaced started leaking oil after 3k miles. He actually said he would replace it when I told him it happened less than a year ago but then immediately changed his mind. Be wary of shops that don’t have a warranty guarantee on their invoices or website.

Recently bought a 2017 Porsche Cayenne S and took it to them for a brake job, oil change and get an overall impression. They worked late to get the brake job done in one day. They had to wait for the supplies come in first. They told me that it was in excellent condition. I was referred by them by a trusted friend. I will be back for all my maintenance needs.

I am soooo glad we had the good fortune of getting a referral to Ricardo and his team. 3 weeks ago I purchased my childhood dream car..a 1984 Mercedes 380 SL. A total classic. I was struggling to find a local shop that had experience with “classic” Mercedes. Most shops said they dont work with cars that “old” because their technicians are not true mechanics. They read what a computer tells them to do and that’s it. I was getting worried that no one would be able to help me care for this awesome car…then Doc from Custom Classics referred me to Ricardo. Total dream cone true. Not only was Ricardo and his team EXTREMELY professional, they readily accepted my classic car, did a “once over” to help me understand the work she would need to keep her running forever, and they provided a WRITTEN quote and PHOTOS of the problems they found and work they did. Wow!!!! Honesty and expertise? YES. Ricardo took his time to do the work and was meticulously clean in doing it. My husband and i felt like we were treated with respect and consideration. I will be a customer of Ricardo’s FOREVER and am telling everyone who loves classic Mercedes as much as I do to trust their investment cars to him. Don’t hesitate to trust your beloved cars to him. Photos are of my car and some of the photos Ricardo sent me to show his work. He kept me so informed and is an excellent communicator.

Mandé el coche a reprogramar con Ricardo cuando lo entregó tenia el check engine prendido, se lo llevé para que lo corrigiera 2 de veces y nunca se le hizo nada, hasta la tercera vez resulto ser un sensor que daño al cambiar el catalizador, van mas de 6 meses en espera para que haga valida la garantía. Update Feb/15/24 Llevé el auto a otro taller local para hacer un diagnóstico, el resultado fue que Colmenaro performance eliminó los catalizadores y nos los reemplazó como se acordó al inicio, lo que hizo fue “puentear” para que no registrara la computadora que no tenia sensores. Después de muchas llamadas y mensajes donde se comprometió a pagar por los catalizadores y reembolsar el costo por instalarlos el dia acordado ya no contesto el teléfono o los mensajes.
