DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! Orlando is completely unprofessional. Gave me a price for a rebuilt transmission. 1900 to 2200.00. then after he had my car towed to the shop he raised the price another 1500. I was kind of at his Mercy at that point. Go to pick up my car and he tells me he test drove it and it drives great. I get in my car to leave and it has tons of knocking and loud noises. Take it back to him and explain something's not right so he puts it back up in the air again and realized that he didn't tighten the sway bar. Proceeds to show me a bad flex pipe and CV joint that was leaking everywhere. I had zero issues with my car upon taking it to them other than the transmission which made noise right before it went out. Left with more problems than I went in with. He will not admit to being responsible for those things and won't honor fixing them. Swears up and down they didn't do anything. I took it to two other places to figure out what to do next. They said there's a whole missing bracket that Orlando didn't put back on and my car could catch fire from the oil leaking around the cv. I'm livid and will be getting a lawyer. Not only is this guy rude but he's a liar. Gave me one price then hiked it up 1500 He told me he test drove it that was a lie or he would have noticed that the sway bar wasn't even on right to begin with. I wish I would have read these other reviews before I decided to go there. unfortunately it was too late.

This shop is a scam. 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 told us $3000 dollars before deal. Took 2 month to repair and when we went to get the car told us $6500. Now they are denying us to give my car even though iam willing to pay extra $2000 on top of $3000 which was a deal before repair was begin. Worst experience Don’t recommend anyone.

Do not take your vehicle to this shop ever for repairs of any kind.The service was terrible.This place need To be shut down. They had my car for a whole week, didn't fix it. Was told to pick it up, didn't get far from the shop when it broke down for the same reason I took it in. Was quoted 1 price and he tried to change it when I went to pick it up. Told him he's getting the first price quoted. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY"RE DOING AT ALL!The worse shop ever!!!

Orlando has been fixing cars for me for about 3 years. His services are very fast no matter how big the job is. His prices are fair for the amount of labor he puts into the jobs. I recommend other people who have a lot of cars to use Orlando for their main point of service. He even will go out of his way to come and pickup the car from you to get serviced right away.

So I went in to see about an issue with my cars ignition and brake system. Told them to tell me the problem and I'll pay the $75 fee for diagnostics which they have the sign on the wall and mentioned I wanted to do the job myself once they tell me what's wrong. The owner Carlos or whoever, kept my car for a couple days without calling to advise me he'd keep it overnight. After two days I called wondering what's the issue with the car and he tells me to come in before they close. I get there and he tells me he fixed a part and it would be $580. I asked him about the call and only to tell em what was wrong. He went on about safety and how I could pay or lose my car. Long story short after he went to get his buddy I ended up paying. Oh I do plan to sue but just making sure you all know I saw a stack of complaints and civil matters on their desk. Guess I'm next in the desk. Check elsewhere before giving them your vehicle

I came to this place because my car was overheating. I got there around 9:30 10 o’clock.. The first time he fixed the fan I left around 2 o’clock just to come back 10 minutes later because the fan was no longer working and the car was overheating again. He told me he would put a cap on for my Freon And he would change my fan. But when he started looking at the plugs underneath the hood and noticed one of them was burnt. I knew he didn’t do his job correctly. You usually check those first. When I left the second time the fan was working and he changed the plug, but he didn’t put any coolant in and he did not check to see if there was a leak. By the time I drove from Morse Road to 11th my car was overheating. I pulled over and popped the hood to find out. I had no coolant. There was no cap where you put the Freon in and my fan was not working. He refuses to respond so now I’m making this. I will also be calling the Better Business Bureau because I spent almost $450 with this man Orlando just to come home with the same exact problem if not worse because now my engine light is on and there’s a leak in my coolant and the fan he replaced isn’t working.

The main issue is that prices are not standard. There is an absurd 125$ consultation that he mentioned would be waved if I kept my service here. After basically saying that there was nothing wrong with my car. He mentions that labor to do what he did- replace a a battery is 90$. My bill totaled 500 to change a battery. I think they're desperate to make money and are willing to bleed customers dry even when the issue is not that serious. Nothing is official so they can just decide how much labor cost and how much to charge on a whim. Not transparent. Not ethical. Only plus side the shop guaranteed no electrical issues for 6 months. We'll see if they uphold that going forward. - He also attempted to take a picture of my license and credit card for his "record". Sketchy overpriced money grabber.
