I’ve gone to Common St twice now. The 1st visit was very easy, fixed the problem, priced well. I just dropped by to ask about a problem I was having with my car and they knew what it was right away and we’re able to solve the issue while I was there. My car had to go to local autobody shop because of a small collision from snow and I am so greatful that I found this one. They are by the kindest and best autoshop I went in the area. They are quick to respond, transparent with all the problems with the car and pricing, and would be ppl who would be on your side against the insurance company (in my case, Geico). My quote also came out to be a lot lower than I thought as well. When I had my car being fixed they provided a ride home neardy and even cleaned and detailed my car after the fixing. I will be recommending this place to anyone local. Alio you are the best!

Fast service, quality work, fair prices, honest and reliable. I recently moved from out of state and they were able to get me in fast for brake and oil service and even threw in free wipers because mine were falling apart. Yesterday, I stopped by for air and asked them to schedule an appointment for a leaking tire. They took care of it right there on the parking lot in no time! I have never seen such great and generous service place and will go there again!

What ever you do DON'T HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRS DONE HERE!!! I bought a used 2020 Ford Escape and it had 19863 miles on it. The change engine oil light was on and I bought new oil and filter. I went under the car and noticed one of the guards to let the oil drain was missing. Next you have to take off 16 screws to pull the cover that protects the engine and gain access to the oil filter. To my surprise it had the original (short oil filter from the factory when it was built). You can not buy this filter anywhere, it only comes from the factory whit it. I took a picture of the filter and called the owner and sent him multiple pictures of it, mileage on the car,his two stickers from his shop on the window saying he did oil change service. He replied with send me pictures and he will get back to me. Needless to say that never happened. He also told me he fired a guy because he took a customers vehicle to the airport recently without his permission. Please stay away from this shop! I will try and figure out how to post a picture of the oil filter to show what this guy does to save money not once but 2 times per his oil change stickers. Sorry for the bad review, I always try to post great reviews to show support for honest and great places. This has bothered me for weeks and I finally said I had to post something.

They are nice people but they screwed up my car so bad. Brought in a 2021 Mazda cx5 36k mile for oil change and brake pad change 2 months ago. They forgotten to tighten the lug nut and I heard loud rumbling while driving on the highway. The wheel almost fell off and thankfully I retightened myself. Drove back and they rechecked everything but then the break pad started creaking afterwards. Brought it back again and they had to redo it since they screwed up setting the break pad up. He mentioned that suspension seems a bit off which is weird since it’s a newish car but said I should be good for another 2 years. I wonder if driving with the loose lug nut screwed the shock up. Now 2 months later, my suspension is having issue and I’m seeing clipping on my tires. I doubt I’m going back just for them to screw it up for a third time.

Unfortunately he tried to sell me two new tires when all i needed was a plug on one tire which my other mechanic did for less than $50. I had changed all tires within two or three years, there is no problem with them

First time there my 16-year-old car broke down while driving and I had it towed here unattended after hours. They had it running the next day for a reasonable price, when I was expecting them to pronounce it scrap metal. Mechanics were friendly and communicative, and I never felt taken advantage of. Adiel and Roosevelt were absolutely incredible in servicing me and I have to give them such a shout out because they went beyond what I’d even expected. I went in to replace my shocks, thinking that was the issue, along either brake light bulb replacements. Both Roosevelt and Adiel were very kind in hearing me out, then diagnosing the issue. Beyond accurately identifying the actual issue (wheelbearing assembly - not shocks), and not only just charging a reasonable price but actually an *affordable* price, me and my mom realized a sound that we’d gotten used to (I mean for years) wasn’t actually normal (despite all other mechanics telling us either nothing was wrong or it was the shocks for over two years) and became silent after our fix. Not only that, the bulb replacement (which they thought would be simple so proactively offered to take care of it for us - on the house) was actually a problem with the brake wire rather than the bulb itself. Which was a much more complicated and costly repair, and they followed through with their original offer of doing it for free. Even though I hesitated they insisted that they’d not charge me for it. Not to mention, we went in past noon on a Saturday and came back about 4 or 5 hours later on a same day to the fixed car, like the service was fast. I am thrilled with Adiel and Roosevelt and highly recommend them to anyone looking for repair shops, and I will certainly return myself.
