He a rush job on my van. When my son went to pick up the van he foung oit it wasn't changing gears. He told him it was drving good. Now I paid him all his money and I got a bad job.

I just got my truck back from these guys. He works on a first come first serve basis. He'll diagnose what is wrong with your vehicle and tell you what parts to buy (Yes, he'll ask you to bring him the parts to fix your vehicle. He does this to save YOU money.) He is quick and friendly. I plan on using him again. Note: He works by cash payment only.

I paid for my friends towing to get his car here and he's managed to be the worst mechanic I think we've ever dealt with. He held the car for a week only to call and ask us what we did to the car. Confused, we stated the mechanic before him changed the oil cooler line. So he called us a liar and forced us to pay to get the car towed back. Complete waste of time and extremely rude. Save some money and don't even bother with this place.

He is wonderful! I didnt know what was really wrong with my car other than what the codes read. He was honest and direct. He was able to diagnose my car and repair it for a fair price! He has you buy your parts for purposes of lifetime warranties and to help save you money in the long run. I highly recommend him and will be looking to him for any future repairs!

Ralph has worked on all of my vehicles for the past 13 years. It's first come, first serve. You bring your own parts in order to save you money. You always pay a fair price. Always honest about what's wrong with it and will always go the extra mile to have your car ready when he says it will be ready. Until he has to close up shop, he will always be our mechanic. The only reason I'm even giving this place one star is because I can't rate it zero stars. I called to get some work done on my vehicle and was told it's first come first serve. No problem, I was there the next morning before they even opened. I'm told that there are three vehicles ahead of mine from the previous day. I say okay, I can wait. I'm told to leave my vehicle. I explain that this is my only vehicle and I can wait with it. He then tells me to bring it back at 1300. I come back early of course at around 1230 and then he tells me there are three more vehicles ahead of me because their owners left their vehicles there. I had been willing to wait since that morning but was just following the instructions he gave me. He was very rude and almost disrespectful every time I talked to him. I serve to protect my country and the freedom of it's citizens. You of course have the freedom to choose whomever you like to work on your vehicle but I strongly encourage you to choose another shop over this one.

Ralph is phenomenal, period. He is MORE than fair. It is first come, first serve, so be sure to get your vehicle in line as soon as possible. you buy the parts, he charges for the install. He is also INCREDIBLY fast. Even thought I live almost 25 miles away I will always pay the extra cost in towing (above insurance covered) to take it to him. That's how AWESOME he is. I've taken both of my vehicles to him over the last three years and will continue to do so because I trust him, I trust his work, he is comparably inexpensive and highly accountable. He has bent over backwards for me more than once, including chasing me after I picked up my truck to tighten my alternator belt (for free) after I left his shop though my truck had been serviced for something unrelated. Truly a class act.

I needed a spark plug replacement and the Suburu dealership quoted me at $429! I’ve used to change my own spark plugs when I had an Audi which were located on top of the engine. However, the ones on this Suburu are located on the sides and I did not have the tools nor the time to do it myself. Called Ralph and he told me as long as I got the parts myself. He’ll charge me for labor only which he quoted me for $150! That is fair priced and it did not require any diagnostic like any other auto shop. Took it to the shop and waited for an hour and 30 and it was done! Do highly recommend this shop! It is first come first served.

The mechanic here Ralph is a scam. My wife had taken my truck to get an oil change at the Valvoline in front of his shop and my brake line blew on my truck. Well I left it with Ralph to fix it and I told him I had to order the brake lines online because my truck is lifted. Well 8 days later I finally got the parts I needed and I took them in there and he decided he was gonna charge me 100 dollars more for a “storage fee”. I was never made aware of this extra charge. He also complained that he had to bring my truck in and out of his shop because he doesn’t have liability insurance and he doesn’t want the car stolen on my diesel truck. This is the most backyard mechanic I’ve ever seen and if he doesn’t have basic requirements to have a business he shouldn’t have one.
