I called Paulo inquiring about a full interior and exterior detailing. He was very friendly, upfront with pricing and very accommodating with timing/scheduling. About a day before they were supposed to come I asked if they would like to detail my girlfriends car as well which they agreed to. Both of us are incredibly happy with the job and professionalism. We each have a dog that sheds, I couldn't find a single trace of a hair when they were done. My car hasn't looked this good since the day I bought it!
