I first took my car I askes merecio to do my whole front suspension and all i got was tie rods (not) and shocks. The brakes were done = pulled to rhe right. 3 months later 3x later still pull to the rt. Car jumps out of park. I had to chase my car 3x. Carrying a block of wood doesn't= E brake. Wires cut hanging 3x changed all electrical still wont start after driving 1day. It's mechanics 101. I have a straight 6. No computer chips why cant he get it right? A A mechanic= keep coming back. I spent plenty of $ I should be driving a dream boat. Instead I have to take Uber.

From the moment I called, Rubin was extremely friendly and accommodating. And all the way from that to Mauricio and them fixing my issue in my car and saving me around $1.7k from what Audi was charging me, they were an absolute amazing group of guys to work with. My repair was complicated, and they even messed up at first because of how complicated it was. But when we talked, they were honest and took care of the issue immediately at no additional cost. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have a place take accountability when every other repair shop would have said "It's probably just the part we replaced we need to do some more work on it to figure it out" and charge me even more. I really, really appreciated the transparency, friendliness, and - at the end of the day - fixing my issue. 10/10 Recommend this place.
