Ok look, nearly all everywhere & place will never get 5-star reviews “&” especially if it doesn’t work out for them or should I say in their favor then yes there will be a bad review. Now I’ve been with this company for over 5 years & trading off cars & referring people. Sometimes things didn’t work out for me but that doesn’t mean that company should get a bad review, things went awkward at that time so should I give them a bad review because I’m mad, most people will but that’s not fair. If there’s a problem & it’s on them, they didn’t fix it when you tried to reason with them then I understand your bad review but when they tried & it’s on you because you didn’t pay for that vehicle & you want them to understand & they didn’t or couldn’t, then don’t slam them people & try to hurt the business because you’re mad. They’re really a great company but you just can’t make everyone happy right? They really are understanding people.

I used to love this place, good quality work at reasonable prices. However, I recently stopped there to get an estimate on some work and the new manager told me the work will take 4 hours, while every other estimate I had was for 3 hours. Keep in mind, they lowered their hourly labor from $100/h to $75/h but are adding 1 extra hour to their estimate. I wish the old shop manager Vinay was still there, new guy lost me as customer.

This place was a life saver for me. I didn’t have time to haggle with dealerships. I went to the Lot, told them my monthly payment needs and they showed me which vehicles were in my price range. I never had major problems the vehicle. After I paid off that one, a few years later i purchased another one. now I have 2 paid off vehicles that are still running perfectly fine. The last car was a 2014 Toyota purchased in 2016 and paid off in 2020. I was planning to send a friend here until I saw these reviews of new management. The young ladies that I worked with previously were very nice. But I will call to see if they have the same business model before referring a new customer.

This place used to be great but now since the owner is retiring service and car quality is going to hell… the office girls are rude and not helpful…. The cars were already severely overpriced now they are just ridiculous ($3000 down for a 1998 Lexus with 272 thousand miles and smell like somebody been hotboxing) They really don’t work with you as they once did and if something is wrong with your car it’s always your fault the don’t take accountability for anything…. I was told I could upgrade my vehicle after a year when I tried they wanted another down payment. Use this place for short term only
