The service should’ve been better. I had an inspection performed that included an inspection of my battery with the result showing that my battery was good. Three days later I had a dead battery and was stranded after work. This should not have happened.

The service to find issue with battery was good but the issue on how to reset the warning on the Honda link was not addressed correctly. The service attendant simply brush it off and advise me to ignore it. I left dissatisfied with the recommendation to ignore it. At home I determined how to reset the warning. I simply delete the app and then upload the Honda link again and the wrong warning report was gone. I recommend that service personnel receive some training on the Honda link because it is an important software to assist diagnostic recommendations and to assist in repair.

After I drove into the service area it only took less than 5 minutes before a technician was right there to take my car! They were very professional and showed me the way to the waiting room which was very nice! Had a coffee bar and tea and chocolate! They also had an area for private use for computers! Very impressive! The waiting area and rest rooms were immaculate very clean! They fixed the problem on my car and showed me a couple of things and I was able to leave! I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was able to get my vehicle checked in immediately without any wait. I had the transmission fluid replaced and waited about two hours in the lounge. The waiting area was spacious, clean, and comfortable—with great coffee too! The service advisor was friendly and explained everything clearly. Finally was able to transfer warranty work over to my home dealership and wasn't disappointed. Anyone with a 2024 Prologue knows you spend time in the shop now and again, so when I came in to have the factory defective front axles replaced, everything went amazingly. The parts were all in stock and my service advisor Nicholas was great with communication and keeping the whole process feeling like it was working smoothly. Thanks again to everyone from service for making each visit a positive experience.

Waited 3 hours for oil change, didn’t even wash the car when they notified to pick my car up, only offered after I waited the 3 hours. Every time I’ve went here prior it was slight wait but not as bad as this time. Going to do it myself from now on, if you wanna wait hella long for anything done to your car, go to Concord Honda!

Ive had my CRZ serviced by concord Honda since I bought it. They are responsive, service advisors are knowledgeable, and in the 20+ years I’ve been going to them, their service advisors have been honest and have never tried to upsell services that I didn’t need. In fact this time I came in thinking I probably needed brakes, and I was told they were fine. They have a large and very nice customer waiting area as well as shuttle service if needed.

He troubleshooted our car key issue on the spot and fixed it in under a minute for free, even though another Honda location in San Carlos quoted $300+ for a replacement. My Service Technician Cavon was amazing. Very knowledgeable, didn’t try to up sell me on things I did not need. He was attentive and had good follow through. I did encounter a problem before I got to him. My appointment was at 7:30a, with guy name Jason, whom I never met. I was a little late, there was a car in front of me. Cavon was assisting the customer in front of me, awhile at least 4 other technicians (i could see) sat inside laughing and talking, watching me sit there. No customer service at all. I was already checked in, just waiting for my technician. Well, I sat there about 10 mins waiting, and then Cavon came to help. No one asked what I needed, if I had been helped - at all. Here is the problem, there were at least 4 technicians available.. They all walked by, sat and looked, didn’t move. A car came in behind me with a camera crew, who was recording for a commercial or a promo video. Funny how they all became available to be a part of that, but left me sitting there. Other cars came in, and they all were very attentive to the other customers - what was the delay? If Cavon had not come and helped I would’ve turned around and left. I don’t even want to start with the rude technician, a young lady, who was at her desk and didn’t make time to answer a question. That kind of stuff in service industry is not OK. It was my first time at this Honda makes me just want to go back to where I originally have my car serviced. Very disappointed.

I was not pleased that my 2024 Honda had several warnings pop up. I took my car into Honda Concord, and after two hours I was told my car, which is 1 1/2 years old with low mileage had an issue with the fuel injection. Bad news-they had to order the part, so I would have to bring the car back for another two-three hour appointment! I must say that Ashley who checked me in and followed up with the diagnosis was so kind, and very professional. I came back two days later, and was quite frustrated with the unfriendly young man who was getting my name, but couldn’t find it on the schedule. Eventually it worked out- I was on the schedule! Their driver gave me a ride home, and four hours later he picked me up to get my car. Overall, my experience was good, but I wasn’t happy that I had to spend so much time.on this when my car is so new. I have always had good luck with Hondas, but this quite a surprise since my car is new with low mileage. The good news is that I did not pay anything, except for my time on two different days! It doesn’t make me feel good about the Honda reputation,
