I sat here for about 30 minutes and observed as I waited to be picked up. There was one guy working the front counter and he went to go put gloves on to grab some hot food for a customer and dropped the glove on the ground and pick it up put it on and grab the food and handed it to the customer. Second time I seen a very unsanitary thing was at the little subway in the store the lady making the sandwiches, she had gloves on and pulled her pants up and continued to make the sandwich and touched all a majority or the fresh product and put it on the customer sandwiches.

Usually the cheapest gas in the area, though not always. Regularly has pumps out of order, and all are in store pay only, so often backed up. Staff is great. Heading west on Sprague (one way) just before the on-ramp it shows up right after some advert of a cow. East on Appleway (one way) right after the off-ramp it's a little more obvious from the sign of the gasoline prices, but the building is on the Sprague side.

Great service and close to home. The only thing I don't like is that they claim to be open 24 hrs and are NOT!!! Kind of false advertising. They haven't been open 24 hrs in the past 7 yrs I've been going there. It's not cool to post that you're open when you're not esp if a customer goes there because it's the closest place to get gas and they end up running out close by when they could've gone somewhere that is open 24 hrs.

Amazing costumer service! I filled up a rental car before I returned it to the airport. I forgot my driver's license with the clerk and I was at the airport security checkpoint when I realized I did not have my license. They personally delivered it to the airport so I could make my flight! Thank you so much!

Granted the workers there are nice people, there is no credit card swipe at the pumps, so you have to go inside, then if you have them put $50 on your pump, but you only use $40, you have to go back inside to get your refund. They don't tell you this when you are paying, so I assumed that (like every other gas station I have been to) when you pay with your credit card inside, they only charge you for what you pump. I have mentioned to the store operators that it would be nice if they told people that when they are paying with their credit card inside, but it doesn't seem like they want to do that, in fact last time I told the lady, she said, "you'd be surprised at how many people charge a bunch of money on their card and don't use it all, then just drive off." I am guessing they make a killing off the extra money, so there isn't enough incentive to warn their customers. Again, they are nice people, but I am frustrated that there is no accountability there.

I never write reviews about gas stations but my experience here was absolutely wonderful. I had to get gas before picking the kiddos and I stepped inside to get some snacks. The clerk working was so nice to me and asked me how my day was and ensured I was able to find everything I needed with a smile on their face.

Bad: They need to update their equipment. One must prepay inside like the 90's. Also there's no public restrooms available. Not a bad idea right now with so many ignorant people passing bacteria and viruses around like they already were but until the transmission counts drop they velvet gauntlet will keep gripping the nation. Good: Excellent gas prices, great selection for a convenience store. Very friendly and well trained employees.

Everybody makes mistakes... me more so than others. I made a snap quick judgement about this gas station/convience store based off 1 isolated incident. I have gone back there numerous times now and the entire staff has been nothing but kind and gracious. Even helping me pay the rest of my bill when I was a few dollars short. As usual a learning lesson for me and a big sorry for this establishment. They are good people that take care of you. Oh and their hot box food is bomb. If your swinging by on sprague check out this hidden gem. You won't regret it.
