I chose Conrad's for my new tires because of the wonderful service they provided before I was a customer. On two occasions the low tire pressure light had come on in my vehicle so I stopped there to use their FREE air supply unit. On both occasions a gentleman that worked there came out to help me. I knew after the second time I'd be going there to replace my tires when I was due in the months ahead. If they gave such kind customer care to a non-customer they more than deserved my business which I appreciatively gave them. I look forward to being a long time customer.

Josh at Conrad’s in Avon Lake was up front on every aspect of the repair. Firstly, he called to inform us that the car may be under the manufacturer’s powertrain warranty. After discovering we were not eligible for the warranty, we authorized Conrad’s to perform the service. They got it done quickly, correctly, and for less cost than they originally quoted (which was less than the dealer’s estimate). Overall, great job!

The level of service from Conrad's isn't what it use to be. Not happy to fact that they did not use a seat cover when they pulled my vehicle in the bay for service. I had to say something to a manager for the tech to use a seat cover when in my vehicle. Not using one shows me a level of disrespect to my property that I have worked hard for to have. It is like they don't care if they get grease, sweat, or grime on your seat. Also, when being checked out, I asked the manager if they had lubricated the door hinges, i was told that his master technician performed the service and it was done. Needless to say, not one hinge was lubricated like the paper work says it was and the manger at the counter had said. Makes you wonder what else they have half-a**ed or things they don't do that they said they have done. I paid for a service, it would be nice if they did what I have paid for.

I've gone here for oil change before they did a great job and I've also had done business with them and with their service department and it's been pretty good also thank you very much for free air for my tires Please don't ever change that because you never know when somebody's driving around and needs air in their tires and doesn't have a quarter or 50 cents or whatever to pay for the air that most gas stations charge Conrad's offers free air Thank you Conrad's. *If you like my reviews please give me a thumbs up and thank you

Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care, is one of the best companies I have had service my vehicles to date. Very knowledgable staff and completed the work quickly and they were very friendly. Great customer service! I didn't have to worry about hidden or non existent repairs. When mentioned that I might need an alignment after they installed new tires, they found that it wasn't needed. Many companies would still charge for the alignment just for putting the vehicle up on the alignment rack. I trust Conrad's for all my vehicle needs, as should you!

I had set up an appointment for 2 pm and at 5pm when Conrad’s was closing, they finally started working on my car. The customer before me was given a free oil change, and I was given an apology. I think it would have good to be kept apprised of the delay. The customer service was not good, but then again, when I read other reviews, it is common. Wonder why the corporate offices don’t intervene and provide training on customer service. Maybe they should attend some Disney classes on customer service. Thank you for letting me provide feedback.

Went there for an oil change, asked about the condition of my brakes, and asked about a warning light that was coming on. They not only did the oil change, check the brakes(which were good to go) but they were also able to diagnose and determine the issue with the warning light. They also made suggestions for future repairs that may need to be re-evaluates in the next 6-12 months. I love how they did not pressure me or make me feel that the repairs were life and death. They were honest and explained everything really well.

When I left here this morning, I was unhappy as I did not like the original estimate on the car. I needed welding done which is much cheaper somewhere else instead of ordering new parts. Conrad’s called me back and made sure they could do all they could to leave me satisfied. They showed great customer service and gave me a refund on my service fee! I’m very appreciative. Thank you!

Called for an appointment. Josh answered. Didn’t ask what I needed just assumed it was an oil change. I told him there was vibration when I drove but they could do the oil change anyway since it was due. When I came for my appointment at 10am, Eli was there. I explained again the issues I was having. I told him I needed to pick it up by 3pm, so my company could call in with a credit card (it’s a company vehicle and the office staff leave after 3pm). 2:30pm comes and no one has called. I call them and they tell me they’re not sure, possibly an alignment issue, and they’ll get back to me. They finally call back and said it is alignment and tires, and I would have to come back for the tires. It should only take an hour and a half and I could just wait for it. I said told them that’s fine and just paid for the oil change. I get in and see the tire pressure is still low on the back tire, so I know they didn’t complete the inspection. I bring it back Wednesday and let them know. They said they would check. 2 and a half hours go by, they finally finish. I get back in my vehicle and the back tires are still low. To sum it up, late on both days even with appointments, and the job wasn’t completely done. There’s free air outside, but how are you going to charge my as part of inspection you didn’t complete? Why make an appointment if you’re going to wait to the last minute anyway? I won’t be going back. The staff was friendly at least, so two stars instead of one

I was very pleased to have tires installed same day without an appointment. But the convenience has its cons… had them change my oil while it was there only to find out after driving 1400 miles that the wrong oil was installed . Vehicle required full synthetic, was charged for conventional and told synthetic was installed, that is not the case. Also was told I have an oil leak after speaking with Brian on the phone, also claimed I needed shocks and struts. All were replaced just 20K miles ago and there isn’t a wet spot on my engine and have never had loss of oil except ONE other time when the incorrect oil was used, just like now. I’ve been a mechanic for 25+ years and these people are what give us a bad name. It’s unfortunate that I try and give a local business ,my business and this is what happens.

I will never come back. I ordered tires online, came in for my scheduled appointment only to be told that they don’t have the tires. We order another pair of tires, have them put on, video sent at 11:30 showing us the completed work. I show up 3 hours later and it’s not ready. I have never felt so inconvenienced.

I originally brought the car to have all four brake pads and rotors replaced because the car was sitting for a little bit and they quoted me $900 and after I pick the car up, I realized that only covered the rear brakes which were two rotors two sets of brake pads they recommend replacing the calipers and maybe they needed it and I requested to replace the brake fluid since the old fluids like 12 years old. You should replace it once in a while but I’m sure the work was done correctly competently but I’m like wow $900 for a pair of calipers rotors and brake pads. I hope these last for like eight or nine years. Then they quoted me $1400 to replace an inner and outer tie rod with an alignment. I went on YouTube videos I’m thinking of just doing this myself and then just go pay somebody to do the alignment I mean I’m willing to pay for service and talent. Geez, I’m not willing to be gouged. I mean how many people are making money off me besides the local store there must be 1000 other people for the monies getting kicked upstairs to pay for their wages and salaries in the commercials on TV no thanks.

What in the world happened to this Conrad's in Avon Lake. They don't provide videos anymore. They can't find the root cause of a rattle and they did an oil change on my car two times in two weeks. there is a sticker on the window notifying the last date of the oil change. They used to be great. Now it is a huge disappointment.

Brought my car in for a scheduled 8:00am appointment for a nail in the tire. I purchased the tires from Conrad’s and bought the extra tire warranty so everything is free. I called at 4:00pm and they were just getting the car on the lift, “they were busy.” They said they would call me before 6:00pm (closing time) and they never did. Why take morning appointments if you aren’t going to look at my car until 2 hours before closing? I have probably spent over $10k at the Avon Lake Conrad’s in the last 10 years and this is how they treat a loyal customer. Ridiculous!!! Time to find another repair place.

Made an appointment for 9am online. We arrived to to be told they got a lot of call ins and can’t guarantee my oil change for the day. Would have been nice to receive a call ahead of time to let us know considering we were leaving the next day! My second attempt at trying them and there customer service is less than ideal

Went in for an oil change and when I got the car back it was making a LOUD noise when I put it in reverse and break. It was not doing so before. Called to get it checked out and they want to charge me $70 to check out the problem on something THEY did. This is ridiculous. I should not have to pay for something they did. I asked for a video of my car being serviced and they conveniently didn’t have that either.

This place has very good customer service the management is very interactive. My biggest complaint is simple. $175 to drive it down the road and say (“No noise”) yet myself and everybody can hear it. I was also advised that I needed tires that were replaced over the summer with brand new as well as shocks. None of which are causing my current issue. I concluded that I need brakes and rotors. The wear indicators are useless. Should have just went with what I suspected above all else. Dissapointed. $175 is simply too much for that effort. Wheels were not even taken off to look at the pads to rule those out or rotors…

We weren’t even there for service — my son urgently needed to use the restroom, and Conrad’s in Avon Lake was so courteous to let him use theirs without hesitation. On top of that, they even gave him a free bottle of water on the way out since it was hot outside. That small act of kindness really stood out. Even though we didn’t use their services this time, their generosity and character showed me exactly what kind of business they are running. When I do need service in the future, Conrad’s will absolutely be my first choice. It’s rare to see a business go out of their way like this, and it speaks volumes about their integrity and customer care.
