Wonderful experience. I wasn't sure exactly what was wrong but had a good idea. They ran all the tests (included, which everywhere else wanted to charge for!) and found the exact issue. Amazing customer service and they even have a cute puppy in the office too!

Found my way to Consider It Fixed through an online search and was intrigued by their reviews. I'm not sure I've seen a company whose character was praised beyond the quality of service they provide. Past customers talked of fairness, clear communication and even the emergence of new friendships. Made an appointment online for my CRV, was greeted at the front desk by Mark (and his pup). Within two hours, the team had finished their diagnosis, sent me suggestions, and photos as evidence for what they'd found. I found the estimate very fair and work was completed quickly. Very pleased to have found these guys. In my mind, Consider it Fixed deserves your business (or at least a shot at it). They're leaps and bounds better than the two Honda Dealerships we have near OKC. Thanks for your help today, we'll be back!

In early December our 2010 Town & Country loaded van would not shift out of second so we took it to American transmissions and they said I needed a new transmission $5000 so me and my husband John decided just to set it out front and put $2000 on it as is and then I got on Angie’s list with John and we found consider it fixed on Northwest 70th so we thought we’d get another opinion well we went in there we met Mark the owner who was just unbelievably respectful and he said he would look at it for $240 and we have nothing to lose so we said go ahead and he found that we did not need a new transmission Just an ERG valve cleaned out It was before Christmas so He was a lifesaver. He kept it for about a week just to make sure everything was OK and I would recommend Mark and his company to everyone who has car trouble. He was wonderful and beware of American transmissions. Mark was great. Will only go to him from now on with anything wrong with our automobiles and he even called a week later to see how we were doing with the van, we have not had a problem since thank God for Mark.
