Justin, Angel and the whole team at CC Auto are not only professional & thorough, they are always willing to go that extra mile. I recently had some extensive work performed on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was due for knee surgery the following week, and while they worked hard to complete it by my surgery date, as cars go, we recognized it just would not happen. My wife being VERY uncomfortable with driving a larger vehicle, I (and the CC Auto team) understanding this we were left to task how I could get my Jeep back home.. The day after my surgery, Justin shows up at my home, my Jeep parked exactly where it needs to be in my driveway, his ride back had followed him, although my wife offered to drive him back in her Golf. He graciously handed me the keys and thanked ME. To which I said 'no.. Thank you..'. Professional, precise work completed time after time. Service above & beyond expectations. We will take our vehicles nowhere else.

I have been taking my cars to Contra Costa Auto Service for several years. They do everything, from regular maintenance on my commuter cars to performance parts installation upgrades on my track and weekend cars. I’m ecstatic they moved into the former tire shop and acquired an alignment rack. So, I brought in my BRZ for a performance alignment. I installed a coilover suspension with an adjustable top hat and lower rear control arm. My car had an alignment specific to the specs I wanted and was delivered. I’m looking forward to taking my BRZ out on the racetracks with the performance alignment all thanks to CoCo Auto Service. Justino (customer service manager) and Neal (owner) have been wonderful to work with. They provide fantastic customer service time and time again. The East Bay isn’t blessed with many performance shops like the Peninsula or the South Bay, so I’m glad to have found a quality auto/performance shop in the Concord area I trust.

Brought a car for lower control arm replacement. Very happy with the service, communication, pricing and timeliness. I also requested wheel alignment and it was performed in-house, I was told their machine is very accommodating to cars with low ground clearance as well. They provide shuttle service within a 5-10 mile radius and they have partnerships if you want to pay for repairs in installments.

These guys are fantastic! I've been to the shop twice now and they've done phenomenal work at a very reasonable price. Not only that, but they're always able and willing to provide a very clearly explained breakdown of everything they're doing to your vehicle and will explain, not only why it needs to be done, but also why certain things didn't need to be done. Oh, and they're really fast at what they do. I took my car in for completely new shocks and struts the other day along with the normally scheduled maintenance and they had it all finished that same day in time for me to pick up my girlfriend that afternoon. I'm really glad these guys are local so I can just keep taking my car to them whenever I need to. I would STRONGLY recommend them.

Update based on response: Wow. That was intense. But by all means with the police report, happy to oblige. In no way am I attempting fraud. I am happy to pay for what the parts and repair should have been, and that is in the email and the notes from when I filed that chargeback with the bank. I don't want a full refund, I 100% do not expect it to be free. I just don't understand why I paid over $800 in labor for things that say should take a professional an hour max to fix. Do I pay for my car sitting in the garage? You were very nice, everyone was. The customer service was never the issue. I have had multiple people tell me that I overpaid significantly, people in your industry. Because your wife is a co-owner does not mean that you don't overcharge women. You're right, I should have done more research prior to going in, but I urgently needed it fixed and honestly thought I could trust the professionals. And I didn't do the chargeback because I thought I could do it myself, it's because none of the things you repaired added up to over $100, and they all say it should take a professional an hour to do it. So how did I pay $800 in labor? Your response was wild, so I'm just going to end this here. I'm hardly committing fraud considering I've gone through my bank, provided everything, and nothing happens unless the bank deems it appropriate. Wish you all well in your business. _____________________________________________________________ They were nice, but I definitely got ripped off. They pride themselves on making sure that women feel comfortable, meanwhile, I've had to do work on my car and replace the hose they replaced (in February). They also replaced the thermostat... The thermostat part for my car is $24, and the upper radiator hose is $41. If you look it up, it says it takes 1 hour to replace for a professional, and 4 hours for a DIYer. I was charged $912.24 I guarantee you if I were a man who knew anything about cars, this would not be what they would have charged. I wasn't even going to say anything, but so many people who have been helping me get parts and fixing my car this time have been pushing me to do something because of how outrageously ripped off I was.

I had work done here on my GLC63. I’m very happy with the level of service and professionalism from everyone I spoke too. The shop was very consistent with the updates.
