I've delt with cook brothers for more then 40 years and Bill Gardner more 40 years. Bill is one of the top parts guys in the area. Cook is one of the best shop in triple city and farther. Place has a huge inventory of parts. The parts guy do everything possible to get you what you need and as soon as possible. Cory in and They're drive line shop is top notch and don't cut corners. Broke my driveshaft in the parking lot down the road. I pull the driveshaft out and took it to them they got rite on it and got it done.

This company purchased a coolant tube from our company on eBay. They then turned around and returned an empty jewelry box claiming the item was defective. There is no possible way this was a mistake, just dishonest business.

I will say, the two guys I spoke with at the store were very polite and seemed like they wanted to help...so this review does not reflect on my interaction with them, but the place in general. When I say I would trust gas station sushi more than the information I was given from cook brothers...this place is a total disaster! I called ahead of time for a very simple part, the guy on the phone claimed he had the part in hand and labeled it for me for pickup. I drove 35 minutes to get my part. As I'm waiting at the counter for about 20 minutes...they have no idea where the part is. The guy I spoke with stated he never actually checked if the part was there and just trusted the (1) qty their computer showed. 40 minutes after that...still, no one has any idea where to find this part. And then another 20 minutes after that, the option to order another one was brought up. I'm not sure who manages inventory or the parts department all together...but get you stuff together! Almost 3 hours wasted when I could have just driven to another shop and actually accomplished my goal. I would not recommend this place for any parts, and unless they are the only place left on earth...I will not be back. Horrible!

Customer service inside is great. Unless you know exactly what you looking for may not be the best place. Very few items on shelves. Not the place to window shop! You may be spending time digging through a part supply book. A few times i got parts that were wrong because they were taking a guess at which part was right. Like i said its great if you have part numbers and all item details. General part are a stab in the dark.

The only problem that I had was that it was a little bit understaffed so I had to wait about 15 minutes before someone was able to help me after they helped another person.
