I want to first all thank Mr. Cooper for going out of his way to help me in my time of need. One of my air bags malfunctioned and I called several different shops to get help. It was late in the evening on a Saturday and not one of them could help. I googled this company, explained to Mr. Cooper my situation and he came right out to the warehouse I was stuck at and got me up and running again to make it to my destination in time. So once again, I want to give him the greatest appreciation for what he did for me as a driver driving for an owner operator.

"My problem solved fast under warranty by Mr Coopers advise. My truck was shut down on the road by speed limit decreased to 5 mph and he came and diagnosed the truck did forced regen and advised us to go Kenworth dealer, he even helped us to find towing guys who helped us to tow it to dealer and dealer sent us total bill for $1715 after diagnosing the truck by solving the problem and total bill was under warranty. I had a truck emergency and was stranded on the shoulder of the interstate and I couldn’t get any of the mechanics I knew of nor anyone of the shops that they recommended to me. I found Mr. Cooper online and gave him a call. He answered the phone, stopped what he was working on and came to assist me immediately. Not only did he diagnose the problem and fixed it he also explained it to me step by step while he made the repairs. After he got me going he trailed me to the truck stop to make sure everything remained in order and he also followed up with me checking to see if the truck was still operating properly.
