I’ve been bringing my cars here ever since I could drive and I’m still blown away by how high quality and reasonably priced the services are here. They go out of their way to explain things going on with the car, answer my frantic calls when my old car broke down and needed quick servicing after getting towed to the shop, and most recently have given me advice when I was looking at new cars to buy. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Dealership told me I had some problems with holes in my exhaust. I Brought it to copeland and I was extremely satisfied. The guy was so nice and the price was very reasonable. Heard good things about this place and their emissions testing. However my experience was just a waste of my time. Guy doing emissions tests on 4/11 needs to re-learn how to do aforementioned tests, as he completely botched mine. Told me a cluster light (GM check engine symbol) wasn’t turning on in my truck- but failed to let the truck idle so the light could turn on. Thus I failed emissions. Went right down the street to Modern on west main and they passed my truck with no issues, and even took the time to educate me on how Copeland botched the test. Get your emissions tests done at Modern not Copeland!!!
