Dealerships that use handicap parking for inventoried vehicles ( especially if it is the ONLY handicapped spot they have!) demonstrate a lack of caring. This spot is consistently filled with a dealership car and unavailable for access. Do better

Definitely not the place to go. Spent $40k on a new car found out months later it was never registered. Then brought another car for service spent $2k and now my car has more problems than before. If your looking to waste some money this is the spot.

We went in the day after a snowstorm, and despite how busy they were digging out cars, Pierre took the time to help us and made sure we could test drive a VW Taos. The entire team worked with us to get our monthly payments exactly where we wanted them, and the trade-in process was seamless. We came back a few days later to pick up the car, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend working with Pierre and the team.

Sales department was fantastic. In and out with a car within 2 hours. Service department on the other hand could use some help. I Ordered parts and scheduled an appointment. Dropped the car off and was told that it’d be ready in about 3 hours. 7 hours later , called and was told the car was never even brought in. The manager advised that he’d check on getting me a loaner. Called me back 2 hours later after checking on a loaner. At that time I was at an appointment and missed his call, called back shortly after and was told at 5:50pm that service was closed for the day (10 mins before closing). So service was soooo busy that they couldn’t get to my car, or call me back within a reasonable time to get me a loaner… but they could get out that door pretty quick when closing. Either way, just like any dealership, sales are great and service is on the fence. I chose to get service at a different VW after that joke.

I cannot even say enough good things about everyone at VALENTI Volkswagen of Watertown! Mike, Ed, and Joe are the best! I bought my 2023 Taos 3 weeks ago. The transaction was smooth and flawless. Today, Saturday I had to bring my car there because my engine light came on. They brought my car right in and informed me that a mouse had chewed one of my wires. They fixed it in under and hour and I was right back to driving the best car I have ever bought. Thank you to all the Service Employees that made this happen! If you are looking to buy a Volkswagen, don’t hesitate to go there! They treat you like family and not just a number! 🫶
